Suppin means no makeup, kara means from/starting from, and gori gori makeup is the style of makeup she applied (mainly red/brown eyeshadow and a bit of eyeliner).

Translating it literally sounds weird to me, the title just says that it's a video where she's not wearing any makeup in the beginning and showing how she applies her makeup. Maybe something like "From fresh face to full face" or something but that's a very loose translation.

 

funny how that episode became her go to joke that she uses in various shows now and how it's similar to Sasshi's legendary home run joke that she talked about recently - that she likes tight lipped men the most
