There was a fan that asked Naachan about Avex during the talk event. According to Naachan, Avex approached her first and then they did an interview + explain the offer in more detail. After hearing the explanation Naachan decided to join them. What make Naachan want to join them is because they will let her do various jobs, so not simply about singing.
Of course ultimately she want to have a solo debut, but the plan is to raise her profile first.
Regardless of the current Avex situation (which also affected other management companies), it is them that approach Naachan, so one would assume that they want to push her (finding work for her). Personally I wouldn't worry too much about Avex.

Wed 7/14 She was disappointed that she can't answer the question on that new AKB show where the host asked about what is good about AKB? She wanted to say that AKB has theater where the member and fans can get close to the fans, close enough that you can see the sweat and tears.
She also wrote about whether it is good or not to write your thoughts on Twitter because so far she only do that on mobame. Whether the follower will increase? since nowadays, things are often judged based on numbers.
Other than that, practice for something.

Wed 7/21 She went to check her throat today and it was swollen. With the help of her sensei (doctor?) her voice managed to come out properly (she had problem with her voice during practice yesterday).

Thu 7/22 Starting from today until several days ahead she will stay somewhere for several days. Likely for 58th single MV recording since she was with senbatsu members. She is sharing room with Yuiri, Miion, and Zukki.

Fri 7/23 She wrote about last night they were talking about the 4 of them take a bath together in their room's mini onsen/hot spring, but it is too small for all of them together, thus they took the bath in this order: Zukki - NaaOn, Yuiri. Zukki and Yuiri wanted to be alone.

Sat 7/24 Still doing whatever they were doing yesterday.

Sun 7/25 After coming back, I believe she was just relaxing and back to focusing on Majimuri stage. Also video editing.

Mon 7/26 Majimuri practice. Also it is time to start thinking about her seitan-T design. The deadline is 8/19.

Tue 7/27 Majimuri practice. On AKB show, AKB centers and 3 veteran member will get to act to make the MC like them (same as on the previous episode). The winnder will get to have an online chat with the MC (Hiroyuki) for 30 mintues (not aired).


Wed 7/28 Photoshoot (not sure if it is about the single, Majimuri, or something else) and Majimuri practice.

As for schedule, other than Majimuri Loudness stage (8/20~8/29), she is also scheduled for STU48 live at Hiroshima Sun Plaza Hall on 9/12. The problem is that AKB48 also planned on having a live on the same date around an hour earlier in Tokyo. For AKB48 live, they haven't announced the line up yet, but Naachan probably won't be there. Another thing is that the AKB48 concert itself is also hinted at uwasaAKB48 twitter.

 

Thu 7/29 Majimuri practice.

Fri 7/30 STU photocard shooting. Also Dobon TGC event has ended. Naachan is 2nd and Yuiri is 3rd, thus YuuNaa got pair runway. She was thankful for the fans that worked hard for it but at the same time she also felt regret that she relied on her fans for it. She hope that someday she can get to big event without having to go through this type of competition. She also said that her fans don't have to work hard in Dobon for her since she also can't do much Dobon due to the stage practice. She also want to see the CM of other members (since YuuNaa is always the top 2, the CM ended up being the 2 of them all this time).
Anyway, regarding the CM, they don't actually reshoot the CM and instead they keep using the old one.

Sat 7/31 Nemousu recording with YNMO. They have a questionnaire on twitter which the answer will be tied to the show. The questionnaire was delayed several times (about 2h delay) I believe mainly because YNMO was tasked to make something and that something probably related to making YT video. Sun 8/1 Majimuri practice. She got a present from Seichan. The occasion was that this day is Seichan birthday (apparently Seichan gave presents on her birthday).
Her Fuu photobook that she ordered from Amazon has arrived. She will have 2 copies of this PB because Fuu is sending one to Naachan.

Tue 8/3 Majimuri practice. Also on AKB show she talked about letting member that reached 30 to get married.

Wed 8/4 Majimuri practice

Thu 8/5 Majimuri practice. Also live on a radio show, Radio iNEWS, as a guest with Kaori. Radio iNEWS is a collab from Radio NIKKEI (Tokyo) and TV Setouchi (Okayama), thus Naachan (STU48 member) and Kaori (from Oayama) were chosen.

Fri 8/6 She had a gravure shooting in the morning. Majimuri practice after that.

Sat 8/7 Majimuri practice. She also appeared on Dokkiri GP. She was pranked by Miichan. It was a simple prank but still funny. It was recorded several months ago but her manager didn't told her when she can told about it, thus she ended up didn't told us about it until the show was over.

Sun 8/8 Majimuri practice.
Since she can't participate on Fuu's gradcon, she ended up sending a VTR and at the same time starting the encore call from the VTR.
Nemohamo Rumor was aired in full today on AKB48 Hashira Night radio show.

She wrote about why she didn't participate in the latest AKB show planning (which I believe was about going to uninhabited island and it is voluntary participation) is because it would interfere with her other jobs. Currently she has to think about whether to participate on the 4th 48G singing competition (which was announced yesterday but the members have known it a week before), updating YNMO channel, and updating her solo channel. Of course while thinking and planning for all of these, currently she is practicing hard for Majimuri.
Also there are 2 people that had birthday on the practice location today.... Yamane Suzuha and Sato Kiara. Both have the same birthdate.

Thu 8/12 Remote interview. Majimuri practice after that.

Fri 8/13 She had a remote meeting but didn't realize that she was muted. She felt bad because of it. After that, majimuri.
AKB also released a dance video of Nemohamo Rumor, covering the first half of the song.

Sat 8/14 Majimuri practice.

Sun 8/15 Majimuri practice. After that, YMNO will be a guest on a TokyoFM radio show.
STU48 announced that they will release their 7th single on 10/20. This is probably why Naachan ended up going to STU concert on 9/12 instead of going to AKB concert. They haven't announced the senbatsu yet, so there is a possibility that they will announce it during the concert.

Mon 8/16 She wrote that yesterday was the last day of Majimuri practice. Today was doing something related to her solo channel, which was singing a song! It seems she will be able to sing a lot of songs that she want to sing in the future. The video will be uploaded in September. This is purely from her agency side.

Tue 8/17 She went to a hair salon to tidy up her hair. She is coloring her root while keeping her current hair color (pink).
