Sat 1/15 Doing a bit of practice, probably for the dobon concert, and remote meeting. Yuiri was with her.

Sun 1/16 Supposed to be AKB online talk, but she took a rest today.

Mon 1/17 She recovered and continue to practice for dobon.

Tue 1/18 She wrote about last night she managed to finally clean her room, washed the dishes, and took out the trash. Today is still practicing for dobon. Also she dyed her hair blue because she want to get into the spirit of her character (in Blue Bird) more. It is not a requirement to dye her hair blue since she will use a wig for the play. After dobon practice, she met with Churi (Takayanagi Akane) and have a meal together. They got close because of the Hakata-za play and singing competition. Also Churi is with Avex.


Wed 1/19 She wrote about the new AKB show (previously it was AKB counter attack, now they changed the concept and renamed the show as AKB48, Saikin Kiita?). This was recorded when her neck was hurting, thus she couldn't ski (so around the end of December last year). As for the show itself, they were making an MV for "Hajimari no Yuki" with Naachan also being credited as the director.
As for today, she went to the throat hospital before going to the dobon practice. Her throat is fine btw.

Thu 1/20 It seems that she had a location work today starting early. She was with Yuiri. My guess is that they were shooting for another episode of that AKB new show. She also told about a story where Yuiri told her that she want to publish a YuuNaa PB. Naachan prefer to do Yuiri solo PB with her being the producer.

Fri 1/21 Voice training day. It lasted for 2h30m. The focus is to practice for the songs in "Blue Bird" play. This is not the actual practice for the play, it just that she want to be prepared for whatever the director wants her to do. Also there will be a live stream on YNMO channel to celebrate its 2nd year.

Sat 1/22 Dobbon concert. It will be broadcasted a month later. Before the concert they did their final practice. Her unit song is Heart Gata Virus with Yoshikawa Nanase and Oguri Yui. Also Temodemo with Otake Hitomi.

Also not related to Dobbon, it was announced today by BNK48 that Naachan will produce BNK48 12th single lyric while Yuiri will produce the choreo.

This single will be BNK48 senbatsu sousenkyo single.
It is kinda strange for a singer to wrote their first lyric for someone else. But if it can end up inspire Naachan to create her own song, then it can only be a good thing.

Sun 1/23 First practice for Blue Bird stage. She had a dream where she made a mistake of coming to Majimuri practice hall instead of Blue Bird. She was leaving early, before Miramon starts. For the play itself, apparently the atmosphere of the costume will be different from the key visual (the one used in the promotion). It is more flashy. The ones that do the music for this play also was in Majimuri play. He said "You've gotten better at singing!".
She learned today that reading stage is different from normal stage play. She had to learn about the music and dialogue.
She also wrote about that yesterday and today, other members have been practicing for the concerts. She felt sorry that she can't be there.

Mon 1/24 Miramon recording. She also took selfies for AKB photocard.

Tue 1/25 Blue Bird practice. She learning to pronounce correctly (at least correctly for this type of stage play), like saying ta chi tsu te to, na ni nu ne no, rya ryu ryo. She also said that reading and singing are fun. After the practice, she went home with Aki-chan (Suda Aki, one of the cast, the idol/younger one).

Wed 1/26 She wrote about yesterday when they went home and it starts raining. Apparently Aki had an umbrella with her. At first Naachan was thinking that she predicted it will be raining. But upon closer inspection, it wasn't an umbrella but a parasol. Aki probably concerned about UV rays and sunburn. Wrote a bit about member's grad announcement since lately there were plenty of it (yesterday was Satopii grad announcement).
She also told about her goal for January. She want to drink Starbucks chocolate frappuccino and use KFC new year's card. The Starbucks thing is a voucher that she got on her birthday and the KFC card is from Yuiri.
Of course, today is also Blue Bird practice. She said that she finally got the hang of it. The cast also took pictures together


Thu 1/27 She woke up early and did some shooting and interviews. Not sure if it was related to the announcement today about Naachan first musical "Yayoi, Sanatsu - Kimi wo Aishita 30nen". I don't think it is or maybe the interview is saved up for later. The pic for this one seems to be taken in December when after coloring her hair back when the drama shooting ended, she had a job where apparently required her to have black hair.
Anyway, today she was also practicing for the play. She wrote about the thing she needs to do, like learning different singing style, knowing which part should be falsetto, which part to make breathier sound, etc. If it can be done with pop style then it would be ideal for her.

Fri 1/28 She wrote about what Miion wanted for her birthday yesterday and Miion answered. Naachan then opened an online shop and decided with Yuiri to buy this present which is going to be sent directly to Miion's house.
Blue Bird practice today too. Apparently Mizu-san (the older cast) gave them advice during every practice.

Sat 1/29 AKB online talk today. She received a lot of congratulation for her winning the 4th singing contest.


Sun 1/30 AKB online talk today. She was ready to do it but ended up can't. I think they forced her to rest probably because the slight change in her condition. Not sure if this means she is actually sick or not or having a covid symptom or not. I mention the last one because when they announced that Naachan will skip the online talk, they also posted another news at basically the same time that Erii, Mahopyon, and Yuiri will also skip online talk, but for them, it was because of close contact (wtih someone that has covid). Because of that, a lot of people assume that Naachan might have covid symptom. She was actually fine enough and sent all 7 mails.
What is clear tho is that Yuiyui is positive for covid. Naachan hasn't been in contact with other members (probably except for Yuiri) since that Miramon recording (which the other member was Okabe Rin). She did get into close contact with other member yesteday, but I don't think she was in close contact with the other two.
Anyway, I'm not even sure if she actually taken PCR test today, but if she did, then we will probably hear about it on Monday.
Other than that, She sent a video message for STU48's D3 anniversary performance. On the MC session, OkiMai talked about the kiss at the end of Oshimeshi, which for them would be a bit too much. They consulted Naachan and she suggested them to kiss on the neck.

Mon 1/31 It seems that today she is staying at home. Not sure because of the covid scare or this is actually her rest day (since it was supposed to be 2 consecutive online talk the day before). Both Ayanan annd Miu (who were also I believe forced to absent yesterday) took PCR test and both were negative.
She is still posting her mail and also posting on twitter. Today is 4th anniversary of STU since their major debut. Also her phone is limited to 3G only right now because probably she already exhausted her data quota.
Today, Myao, Annin, and Renacchi were doing a live stream on AKB YT. Annin said that she was looking forward to be on the same team as Naachan. Myao previously (on diffrent occasion) also have said that she want to be on the same team as Naachan.

For YuuNaa cover version, it was supposed to be online only and it seems that initially it would be 7net only and ended up available from all online bookstore (not really sure about the 7net only tho since it is based on anecdotal evidence). This version was sold out in probably less than a day. They ended up making it available to normal store but still for a limited amount.

"Yayoi, Sangatsu - Kimi wo Aishita 30nen" musical related
Naachan is playing as Watanabe Sakura which is the best friend of the other 2 characters. She died from an illness.
Naachan said that this is her first authentic musical.
This musical is adapted from movie with the same name and will be directed by Yukawa Kazuhiko, a popular screenwriter that has produced several popular works such as GTO, I'm Mita Your Housekeeper, Overprotected Kahoko.

For Dry Flower, I increased the vocal and probably lowered the instrumental because the original mix was too loud in the instrumental. This doesn't fix the weird guitar only on left channel thing (especially at the beginning) because I think it came from the karaoke source.
For Mikansei and Homura, basivally I just want to make Naachan voice more visible. The original mix is actually balanced enough, especially for Homura if you compare them to LiSA MV version. But since I mainly hear the First Take version (which obviously the vocal is more pronounced), I ended up boosting the vocal.

Also posted Mikansei on Youtube with the boosted vocal. The video need to be stylized because I think TBS use content ID to stop it from showing on YT (since I don't see anyone else uploading the actual performance video)

Overall I think it is nice to see Naachan singing visibly improving. Her falsetto is stronger now and the transition is smoother and she can belt. Previously, on the last Mirai in Homura (basically the highest note in that song), she was using probably her falsetto while in her channel she was using full voice. Not sure if she actually can do that before because it is possible because it was more tense doing it live vs in studio that she tensed up and ended up can't reach that note in full voice. Based on the shirt she wear, It is possible that this was recorded before she was taking voice training/vocal lesson which only started this year afaik. For Mikansei, she probably has received at least 1 lesson, probably 2 at most. I hope she will improve even more, especially after being exposed to reading pop stage and later musical.

 

Tue 2/1 She is at home. She is taking selfie for AKB photocard.

Wed 2/2 The first thing she wrote on mail is that her covid test result was negative. Now she can go to the blue bird practice. This will be the last practice.
Naachan spoke to the staff about wanting to have the MV made on AKB Saikin Kiita available on Youtube instead of Paravi only, thus now you can watch all the MV made on that show on the show's YT channel.

Thu 2/3 Blue Bird first day. There are actually 2 performances. The first one is the dress rehearsal which is where the media attend the show. The actual shonichi is later in the evening.

Fri 2/4 2nd day of Blue Bird stage. Only 1 performance today in the evening.

Sat 2/5 2 performances today

Sun 2/6 The last 2 performances of Blue Bird stage. Zunchan and Yuiri came to watch the stage (AKB concerts were cancelled, thus they can come).

Mon 2/7 She had Miramon recording and a shooting + interview after that. The shooting and interview is for BRODY April issue which will be released on 2/22. The cover will be YNMO. After that she had a lesson/practice.

Tue 2/8 She had something that is scheduled for 2h30m but ended after 1h30m involving shooting. It ended up early because Naachan is familiar with the staff involved, thus I assume everything was done really smoothly. In her spare time before the practice at night, she read the script for the musical, eat lunch, and take a nap. Yuiri was with Naachan for lunch. When Naachan read the script for the musical, she was surprised by it since she was never done a real musical.
There was an announcement that Naachan will be in Renacchi grad stage (2/14). This is probably what she had been practicing for.

Wed 2/9 She had practice in the morning and night today. Between that, she had a lunch with Yuiri and I think they also watched Jujutsu Kaisen movie and also get a foot massage. She also received the script for Climbing Girls stage guest.

Thu 2/10 Naachan and Miion were recording for Downtown DX today. Since she was with Miion she was able to relax and enjoy the recording, probably more than her previous appearance on the show.


Fri 2/11 Practice again. After that, she went to watch "Sazae-san" stage with her manager. Homma Hinata was one of the cast for that stage. She decided to shoot a video for YT when she get home (I think home as in her parents home since she was influenced by Sazae-san and ended up want to do a video with her family). She wrote a bit about her "Cry Baby" cover. Initially since the singer is male and she is female, they wanted to raise the key a bit. But ended up with the original key since it is already high.

Sat 2/12 Practice at night. She had a meal with Yuiri before that.

Sun 2/13 Practice and a meal with Yuiri after that.

Mon 2/14 Practice in the morning. Onishi gave everyone chocolate (store bought). After practice, go to lunch, and back for Rena grad stage.


Tue 2/15 She mainly wrote about members that were on yesterday's stage.

Wed 2/16 She had a recording/filming from the morning. It is for AKB Saikin Kiita. This is the first time she has been involved for the show recording in Tokyo. After that, she change her hair color to red again, the same red as in Nemohamo. She didn't shorten her hair, only trim the part that is damaged.

Thu 2/17 Guest on Climbing Girls stageplay. She did the rehearsal first and later for the actual performance. Also it has been decided that she will appear on TBS "Love It!" tomorrow. It is a morning live TV program.

Fri 2/18 Appeared on "Love It!" other than the usual variety stuff, she also get a chance to promote her musical. After that she had a shooting and interview.
