Thats right, he was a pitcher. Mocchi talks about it in a fairly recent episode of HKT48's Hakata Hyakkaten programme about 3 1/2 minutes in.

I was wondered about that ad that those two guys had in their hands.

As fort the pitch, was even worse than that time when Micha it tried to throw the ball last year. Oh well, poor Mocchi.

Hahah, I didn't even notice that. I was too busy looking at Mocchi. I was going to comment before I saw the YouTube clip that her form looked pretty good in the picture, but now after seeing the video, I don't know.

As much as I like Mocchi, I can't help but cringe when the ball is thrown that bad. Management should at least have some one teach the girls how to throw a baseball before they send them out there.

 

The snapshot is too good but the throw is just that bad.

 

I was really sad since she's into sports and her father was a pitcher... I hope they won't be too hard on her :'(

Yesterday I read this same thing but let's wait for the official announcement. As for the release itself, I don't know until what point this is true, but if so, what a bad release date, it's between AKB single and general election, it's totally business suicide. The only way that might sell well such single, is that Mocchi ought to abstain from the election. She hasn't confirmed yet at the moment.

 

From what I read, would be sponsored by JRA as Kasai project so the sales would not be as important

Anyway. What caught my attention were the number of regular editions and after reading the description, It says that regular editions(only first press) will come included an "Kuramochi Cup" Mark sheet with questions and that I don't know if for 'the one' or for 'those ones' that answer correctly the whole questionnaire, will have a chance to going out with Mocchi at some Horse race event. I dunno if there will be a apply/lottery system involved.

EDIT: Just a correction: It'll be via lottery system.

All those ones which apply and answer correctly then will be participating in a drawing where there will be an lucky person(s?), which will have a date with Mocchi.

Btw, As was posted above, it's from the same promo than Kasai won before, probably she'll have the same "prizes". Like Photobook and stuff.
