Yay! My HKT and NMB singles arrived today!

 

Finally the packet has come and I have to say that this photograph from now is my treasure

We should have a thread for rare photos XD I just get so curious sometimes to see what people have~

 

Why not start that thread Lilypie... im a yes for that. I want someone who really collects a lot and have a good reputation to start a thread here.

Rare photos/favorite photos or rare items from you favorite group.

 

Haha, I can't say I collect much nor have too much rare photos but I guess that's a good idea, I guess I'll go snap some photos tonight and start that thread sometime!

I have a question for the shipping methods in CDJapan, can somebody tell how long it takes for each:
FedEx International Priority
Express Mail Service (EMS)
Registered Air Mail
Air Mail
SAL
Registered SAL

please i need to know now.. because im planning to get my copies for the election single but it would be waste if it arrives after the voting is closed [sweat] i really don't know!

It depends on the country you live in... [think]

I live in Mexico, so here is the list, based in my experience:

FedEx - 3 days (they always open the package to check it btw)
EMS - Around 8-10 days
Reg. AirMail & AirMail - 3.5 weeks
SAL (CDJapan has dropped Reg. SAL as far as I know) - 2-4 weeks

In this particular case, I'd recommend FedEx, since you can purchase 3 CDs and the shipping price stays the same and well, the package takes 3 days to arrive.

 

FedEx has been fastest for me. I've gotten it in 3-4 days.

 

SAL is still available for some countries.

 

I never said it wasn't, in fact, since I'm quite cheap, I use it most of the time What I meant is that CDJapan no longer offers Registered SAL (or so they said in January)

 

EDIT: Oh! "Registered."

It seems that they still do offer registered SAL for some countries, including mine.

 

For me in the UK SAL tends to take 10 days the same as EMS (due to the value of the package being less it is not held up in Customs which offsets the slower shipping).

But asking about shipping without giving info on where the shipping is too makes it difficult to give any accurate answers.

 

Over the weekend I went a little bit crazy on yahoo auctions and bought a ton of Sasshi pics, I'll post them once they've arrived. And then there's the new pics from HKT''s webstore coming soon.

Some Sasshi pics are hard to get and some are expensive. I only have 2 sasshi photos. Check it out in my collection in my signature

I would go with fedex. Votes are more important than shipping cost. Right?! Also, it depends on the customs.

 

Oh yes, some are reeeally expensive. I've seen a photo going for 15k yen. I got some old Request Hour ones and some of the Kyushu 7 Prefectures Tour and various other pics.

 

That's very important, believe me... I'm not sure what method is the 'safest', though...

Where I Live use registered Air Mail, takes 1 week at 2 week and can be consulted by the post office website Curiously takes same as the EMS. [notme]
