3rd Gen Thread

Second Gen thread was only created recently -- like this past summer so you would expect it at the low page count. Anyhow the 2nd Gen low page count isn't indicative to the relative popularity of that particular gen. I'm as big a 3rd Gen oshi, but the MD in me loves all Nogi gens. Second Gen doesn't get enough push, but they're Nog so I push them as well.

This being a 3rd Gen thread, I'll push them as well.

Yup, thanks for mentioning it. Just how much 2nd Gen's are left behind is highlighted even more. This 3rd gen thread was created Jan while 2nd gen thread was in March, 2 month gap. I'm not pointing out popularity since I love me some 2nd Gen. I have no intention to offend anyone and I see how much you love 2nd Gen just by seeing how active you are in that thread. Honestly though, 3rd Gen's are my favorite and if we're being honest, the hype is with 3rd Gen. If this is a race, I'd like 2nd gen to move ahead of 3rd, but I don't see it happening anymore

No need to apologize. I myself am a bit opposed to 3rd Gen before because of the treatment given to 2nd Gen. But now for me, it's one of the best thing that happened to Nogi

 

There's always great things if you dig deep. I think that thread's sentiment is because of when it started: in 2014 just a year into 2nd Gen's existence. They still didn't know at that time what to do with 2nd Gen. The more things change. The more things stay the same.

Yeah, 3rd Gen is the future. I'm a fan as everyone else, but I'm an MD so I also take care to think about the lost members. There's not much to talk about for 2nd Gen as they don't do much on their own. Third Gen though gets tons of jobs so there's lots to talk about. Just how it goes. Just love 'em all.

 

What does MD mean?

 

Minna Daisuki.... It means they're a fan of all idols but they do have a favorite... compared to someone like me who is a DD aka Daredemo Daisuki who likes all idols in the group mentioned or other groups and has multiple favorites... Both are pretty much the same terms with very slight almost non existent differences
