Nice. 2 dramas at once.

While the senpai is busy with their individual works, 4th gen got so many opportunities to train themselves in acting, variety, model, etc.

Just realized the show is broadcasted by dTV too. In light of Hinatazaka's new show and broadcasts announced yesterday, sounds like Sony and NTT did quite a bit of a tie-up recently
(FYI, dTV is NTT Docomo's similarish attempt at a Netflix equivalent. Started in 2017)

 

Nogizaka46 announced today that their 4th generation will team up with Japanese writer Nishi Kanako for a 8-episode live-action mini series "Sam no koto, Saru ni au" (4 episodes per story).

 

Well.. that's interesting

Interesting! From a little looking around, Nishi Kanako seems to be a very prolific and celebrated author with some international recognition. She also seems to deal with a lot of difficult topics, so there's a chance that this could be more than just your average drama. I'm really looking forward to it.

Nogizaka46 4th generation's first mini series "Sam no koto" releases its first trailer today.

Sam no koto's story centers the former members of an idol group, those former idols have a gathering one year in the Sam's funeral, one year after the idol group's disbandment. In the funeral, they all received Sam's message...

Endo Sakura plays the lead role Sam, who was the CENTER of the idol group; Kanagawa Saya plays Sumi, who is addicted to fortune telling and stays in debt; Kakehashi Sayaka plays Momo, who envies her younger sister's success idol career and keeps defaming her on social medias; Tsutsui Ayame plays Momo's younger sister Kirara, she is a victim of internet defamation and hides herself in her home; Tamura Mayu's character Kim is an alcoholic because of pressure; Hayakawa Seira as Ali, she is a lesbian but she did not tell her secret to other members; Sam no koto will be available on dTV on 20, 21, 27 and 28 March 2020.
