Event / Concert 5th AKB48 groups singing contest (23/03/02 ~ 23/03/03)

The anouncement came on 22/08/31 during the finalists concert.

It will be held someday in next march and the rules have slightly evolved.
There is still an individual contest, and also a 3 persons unit contest. (finally some diversity)

For this upcoming edition, the final ranking is bound to change notably since Furuhata Nao and Yano Honoka will graduate soon.
Also if I understood correctly, Okada Nana isn't planing to participate, the concert being her last challenge.


But this declaration was before the next competition anouncement, and since there is also a unit contest, Naachan wants to be in if her schedule allows.

This'll be interesting...among the three of them, Chake is the best singer. She does really well, and we can see it clearly in the theater with these 8nin stages that force the girls to sing live. Mahopyon voice is also good, and I like Yuzu’s. I'm already rooting for this unit!
