    Off topic but, from the jijipress clip, the girls look like they are genuinely having fun. Really looking forward to the DVD/BR. This year also sounds better than last year.

    They did put Natsumikan in the following single and have now finally dropped nako from the upcoming single... so it's like they'll do the suggestions but on their timing xD But yeah it's universals investment on the singles on the line.

    Which one, AKB Kouhaku or the real NHK Kouhaku?

    The AKB Kohaku will be broadcast on BS Skyperfect on Jan. 17th, iirc.

    NHK's Kouhaku will be broadcast live on NHK, Dec. 31.

    If you don't have access to those channels, they are Japanese after all, there will likely be unofficial streams of the broadcast. Those links can not be shared here though, per the rules. You can PM me the day/s of the broadcasts. Might be able to help a fellow Naanya-fan then.;)

    I will be watching the NHK Kouhaku on local tv here in So Cal starting at 6:30 pm local time on 12/31. I haven't bothered to figure out how long a delay that is, but the time is fine for me; I don't need to stay up all night.

    Check the schedules of any Japanese language stations where you live.

    For the AKB48 Kouhaku, you can order it now for delivery Spring 2017. (This is the way to watch it and stay within the rules if you can't watch on 1/17)

    300 yen = 1 regular photo
    800 yen = 1 regular photo & 1 large photo
    1200 yen = 1 regular photo & 1 large photo & display file

    I feel bad for the judges being dragged into that Sakura "solo" thing lmaooo. Some of them looked really awkward and didn't want to participate in that bs

    Edit: As always, Team 8 is amazinggggg af. The introduction is like A+

    Edit: Ahhh the song that I was most anticipating to...the acapella vocal team song <3 It was really pleasant to the ears but the low harmonies were slightly too strong

    Edit: She's Gone was ok but RIVER was above ok. It was really new and interesting. I really loved it a lot.
