I can already tell this will be an awesome single! I'm not sure why but I see the a-side being somewhat Gingham Check like. I wonder if they will release more than 4-types for this releasesince they added up and coming girls?

 

Aki-P usually gives Mayu songs you can humm to. So Long! and Labrador Retriever are very melodic, so I expect something like that.

Having 4 b-sides (for now) should work well for... 4 editions if they use the UG song in more than one edition?
I'm still expecting Kojiharu to announce something before the release, so maybe we'll get another graduation song.

But geeeeeeeeeeeeeez, almost 3 months away! That means this thread should be closed lol

 

FG song better be something ass kicking like Show fight!

 

If it will be anything like KFC we will have live performances by the end of the month

 

That only happened because Mariko announced she was graduating at the end of July (a month before KFC's release), so they had to start early to at least show her singing the song her fans elected her for lol

 

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Even so we already know all the members and the release date, but you never know. Oh well I don't want to possibly end up fighting over this, so I will trust your judgment since you've been here longer and know the working of things better.

 

I want this to be a song like shoujotachi yo (to reflect mayuyu's dreams coming true) or flying get to show the 'battle' spirit they hyped up

 

please don't repeaat Labrador-ish song, don't repeat generic KFC, i want happy-ish song like KFC but please don't generic like that, please get darker like Furage or more beat like Gingham, it'll be good :3

UG maybe will have song like Ai no Imi wo or Kaisoku , Kaotan good at childish happy idolish song

we had bad experience, Wasamin centered NG 2 years ago but the song is happy song and not enka.
and this year from the formation i hope it'll be KondoKoso 2014 or similar to that or even enka song.

i'm hoping that the A-side isn't TOO idolly. unless it's something like tokimeki no ashiato

I just think that given the makeup of senbatsu, something loud and energetic would be totally appropriate!

 

What i'm hoping for :

senbatsu - idolish , cute song with alot of new members i want it to show all these members and to hear them all ^.^
undergirls - since Kaotan is the center i want a funny and troll song XD or maybe somthing like "Ai no Imi wo Kangaete Mita"
nextgirls - with girls like futamura , ayaka ,mako ,yukiko, fuuko & airi i expect it to be like Itoshiki Rival or "kimi wo uso wo.." Somthing cool and dark :>
futuregirls - with Wasamin centering , and cute girls like Shuu ,Miki, kanon , lemon and natsu i expect it to be like Suitei Marmalade , cute consept and colorful dresses ^^
Upcoming girls - alot of cute girls ( piichan , maachun , koami , riho , makiko & sahhoo ) but also alot of serious ( Mariyagi, anna, ryoka, myao, umechan) so i don't know :/ maybe bllade ?

 

Why are you all hoping for repeats of last year? Am I the only one that wants NOTHING to be repeated? Kondo Koso Ecstasy was perfection and it still my fav AKB song, but I don't want them to copy it… Same with Ai no Imi wo or Suitei Marmelade or Flying Get. All great songs, but leave them in their place.

I'm hoping for new tracks that don't sound like copies of past stuff.

 

Something like this or After Rain would be fucking PERFECT.

 

This senbatsu is quite unique because it has a few new faces. It's looking like they'll go with a signature Idol type of song, given that Mayu is the center and people like Sakura, Suda, and Ikoma are around.

though I would love for them to go with a samurai battle type of theme, for sure. I think the senbatsu singles need to make the biggest impressions, and that's something that wouldn't be forgettable.

 

the Shoujotachi yo/First Rabbit/After Rain kind of songs are more for the documentary things, ya know, to represent the year, dreams, hope, future and the group as a whole, not sousenkyo, i wouldn't like it to be like these type of songs, plus we're getting Ai no Sonzai so yeah, once a year is enough

i want another Gingham Check for Mayu, it's fun so i can see it happening

 

Lol it'd be fun too, if they went back to the Cyborg Idol thing for Mayu and did an electronic vocaloid type song. The more I think about that, the more I REALLY want it to happen.

Hikaru Monotachi is one of the best AKB48 soloist songs ever haha

 

Not really interested in single.
But there is no chara ani theatre edition announced yet. Is HS session gone for good?

 

But….how?

 

I am just interested in whether they will continue HS event or not . This single will somehow answer it.

Before the final announcement, I said I would either buy $100 worth of the next album if Mayuyu wins or $100 worth of booze if Sasshi wins. Guess it's albums for me.

Also side note, the time of release is same time as Sayuringo and my birthday. Great present.
