I mean the thing usually gets very high ratings for a program that's freaking hours long. Plus as you mentioned the change in venue... We should expect that a larger channel will take them on now, instead

So, HKT is "playing at home"? Interesting...

Edit: Literally is "playing at home" HKT theater is few meters away.

Now I'm wondering if it's a trick by management to fire up the HKT fans.
"Yes, we put the HKT single very close to the election, but we're bringing the election to you!"

About the venue, they wanted to hold the sousenkyo indoors this year because of the rain last year. Maybe Fukuoka Dome was the only indoor venue that was big enough that they were able to get.

    edit:
The Giants are playing the Hawks on June 6th in Tokyo Dome, there we have the reason. http://www.softbankhawks.co.jp/gamelive/result/2015060601/

Hmm I wonder if Nana will run? She's graduating in April I know but she can still because they have to be a full time member as of March 20th.... So she'll just barely qualify.

Yeah, but I'm pretty sure she won't though. I'm sure this year she will be a NMB48 cheerleader you can say and cheer for the girls of NMB48.

Of all the 80 members that ranked in last year, how many of them has announced graduation/graduated and most likely wont participate in this election?
Just want to figure out how many free spots there will be this year or how little spot there will be ^^:

So it's in Fukuoka. Since I'll be in Japan for 30th May 2shot event, I'm considering to extend my stay for the sousenkyo (i thought about this before too).
BUT. it's in Fukuoka. Which will cost me more for the shinkansen/plane.
    Oh God whyy~
Now I'm really puzzled, to extend or not to extend~~ xD

I'm actually confused, does the prelim result only counting the furage sales since the single official release date is the 20th (I would assume the theatre eds will ship on the 20th as well)

From Tokyo a plane would most likely be cheaper, as well as faster. Of course if you have a railpass then you could get there from Tokyo without paying extra.

Also, from what I hear people are already booking hotels. Many are already shown as fully booked. So at this point people might want to start booking now, and perhaps look for a hotel in a neighboring town.

@Cristafari i'll just see if my luck wants me to attend the sousenkyo. around what time will the ticket lottery application be on?
if i win, i'll book flight to fukuoka.
if i don't win, i'll book early flight back home lol.

That isn't what they are saying at all. But it could have been a factor when selecting the location. I'm not looking at the NPB schedule, but it is possible that the Dragons, Buffaloes, and/or Giants were home that weekend and the Hawks weren't. Or those domes were booked for something else.

But of course it's just speculation.

Can we speculate on who's going to be in sousenkyo or do we keep the speculation on the other thread in "wish for sousenkyo etc etc"

1 nihon bashira no kai account for one vote?
