Not only percentage, NGT also outperforms other sister groups in the absolute sale (190 vs. 120). Yes, the more slots you have, the harder you sell. But consider the members with max slots alone, NGT has Homma+Ogiyuka+Gatanee (???) selling out all slots, and Rika+Kato almost selling all out. SKE/NMB/HKT has 2 "sold out" members, and 1 "almost sold out". So, it is clear that NGT is selling well this time.

The sale this round is pretty slow. I thought some members (Rika, Kato, Rinrin, Naru) could sell all out this round, actually not. The highlight is Zukki; people start noticing her after the 16-gen stage.

This is what will be adjusted in the next single. Especially the team 8 and NGT total slots allocation based on the HS result this single.
If we saw it, so does management. Unless they saw it as meaningless as well.

There is this conversation going on about sistergroups sales and etc, but wouldn't it be kind of relevant that SKE, NMB and HKT all have album/single releases July/august? Some members are even selling out 35/35 HS slots in NMB and SKE... it seems pretty one dimensional to only look at this single's HS sales when the information is only parcial and a lot of other factors play a role in this...

Fuuchan's sales are declining nowadays.. Her sit out from SSK doesn't make her popularity better.

And not to mention there are (sort of) sister group purists like me who will avoid buying AKB singles for HS if they can directly support the sales of their groups lol.

It took me around a few listens before I get to like this song because it sounded so generic (at least for me). Imo, Love Trip is better for an SSK single.
Anyway, the video, concept, and the visuals are nice in this video, so I have nothing more to complain about.

They talk about turtles. A house of twigs is a place where turtle nests are nestled. Sashshi show how the turtles crawl from the sea to the nest on the shore. And in the end says that it is very difficult for turtle to leave the habitual sea for them. very symbolic! And in the end offers to play catch-up.
It was hard to tell for me. :^^;: My english not so good. I hope you ubderstand me

Not remotely the same style, but for some reason it reminds me of Aishuu no Trumpeter.
