Interesting. Now that I googled her I realized I had lookd her up before.
I think it was the Sports Festival in Tokyo Dome she participated in the event where they hung to the monkey bars for as long as possible. Thought she was cute there.

It is about a lottery to have your portrait drawn by Miru.

 

I think it's about her promise during pre ssk. She said she will draw fans portrait if she enter senbatsu.
