KnBMB had terrible HS locations and one less day then usual, which they added few weeks after.

And unfortunately, song quality has nothing to do with sales. They can release the worst song ever and still sell heaps if they keep adding HS, sister groups, autograph events, photo thing, voting tickets and all possible gimmicks......

My guess is that he clocked in SKE, NMB, and HKT's songs for the summer season (and still make 200+ sales)
BUT he knows he can't mess around with AKB anymore - tbh AKB is barely in that man's control anymore -

STU48 and NGT48 are coming for the fall season, the best time for the two weaker groups. Its right after the election single and its before Janken. This is his main concentration
    - I can bet you AKI-P guessed Sasshi would win so prepared to some degree with the 48 staff already, because election singles are adjusted for the centre especially (unless ur mayuyu and u get koi$uru2.0)
The Aki-P thing is a rumor like everyone said / its just production is a complicated process especially when your senbatsu is more sister groups then AKB. B-sides the election singles are amazing though usually. / super good handshake sales Team 8, STU, NGT are really monsters at this

(just because we are talking about it) - Also fun-fact AKS does not follow transfer system anymore, after Offie48 moved out. For members who do leave, its now a case by case system as AKS is stronger now and contracts are different. Also very tru, AKB's early days had huge agency influence, idk if you guys recognise but no3b(Ogi), french kiss (Watanabe), diva (Flave) , Not Yet (Ohta), Watarirouka (Ogi) - Also Myao is a perfect example of Horipro push & Aki-P vs Management - (most group transfers from the first shuffle are agency prushed, AKBhoripro-failed -> SKE )

I don't understand. If what you're saying is correct, then even the more popular members may not have gotten agency transfers, like Jurina and Dasu who r the more recent transferees with Ogiyuka. But I can get what you're coming from with your argument. Also, it highly depends on the member and the status of the agency. Take my kamioshi Churi for example, she's with Avex entertainment at the moment (alongside graduated member Kawaei Rina), who are one of the biggest entertainment agencies in Japan and they're affiliated with the likes of YG and SM, which is a big deal. And from 5ish years ago when she got transferred to Avex, Churi's had a steady influx of jobs to this day, which not many other members have. Even then, Jurina and Dasu aren't getting as many jobs with Irving and Twin Planet respectively as Churi is with Avex. Also I find it strange that Churi is still the only member affiliated with Avex Entertainment, even since 2012ish when she got transferred.

Wow... You haven't heard a single track (Not even a title) and you're already will to assume the "best of things". All the sudden NOW Aki-P is going to get serious. Because doing a rehash of a song that was popular during a Choral festival in Winter as All Important Spring song wasn't Phoning-It-In and ALL the Frustration over a RAINED OUT Election (spare me the could've-would've-should've) - This man should be on DEFENSE! then dropping the ball AGAIN over the weekend.... Why do you think the Singles "Greatness" will be the Inverse to his level of "Screw Up"?

He's already let it slip (Intentionally?) that he wants ANOTHER "KFC" - which means 'Paint-by-numbers' path of LEAST Resistance & Family Friendly (which means a child could do the dance)- He's not trying to "make-up" for past errors, He's trying for a B+ on a Term Paper at best a "passing grade". How do I know? He milks the Hell out of "Stuff" he's proud of - he hasn't let ONE DROP spill & we're almost 10 days to August. He had "Gingham Check" & "KFC" & "KNP" Filmed & Out (or Previewed) by Now. There's got to be a reason.
    I know - I know....here me out.
I know it sounds like I'm a Hater- No, I'm just NOT getting "taken" again. I want to be wrong about this. I want AKB to have another "Chapter"- a New Beginning but I can't ignore that ALL the others Groups have shiny "Shiny New Shoes" & NGT is exploding faster than HKT did (at this stage) and the Crown JEWEL has (AKB) "Crickets"- This is not a 4-D chess move. Time & Faith in a brand are EXPENSIVE and he's NOT giving us a taste of anything. Somethings Up!.

Lastly the Lower Ranks (Under girls ect) have seen & filmed some of their songs - Why hasn't anyone heard tales about the A-Side? MV filming? less than a week after the election "KNP" was filmed - was A-Side filmed (Yet?) It's almost August. Is Money "that Tight"? I knew SKE had a Bikini single Months ago cause I saw pics of the album covers - We haven't even seen Cover Art yet.

Forget the handshakes - Dialing down the Excitement might be wise until there's at least "Something" to be excited about.

He thinks Negaigoto no Mochigasure wasn't always intended to be the 48th single. Aki-P was obviously trying for another 365-nichi by worming the song into everyone's ear via the NHK choral program then releasing the full version as the 48th single.

Really there's no point arguing with Slacker, 90% of the things he declares as facts are complete fabrication, or are only controversial/objectionable in his own mind.

    a) The quote was completely made up by someone on 2ch.
    b) You're not even getting the quote right.

FACT.... Guess who physically WENT to help KYZK46 sell their Single. We don't even know the name of the 49th single - lol.

    https://twitter.com/Diadinho/status/887572241495535618

That 49th single must be a Blockbuster if the Big Guy has so much FREE Time to help his other Group sell stuff.

Trinu knows when I say "the Choral song" I mean the 48th Election Single. We've had DM's - why would I mention a song from 2010? (Doh!). I never learned the Abbreviation. Wierin nailed it.

However, Wierin is confused that my "comments" were based on the Comments shared on THIS thread. I'm an Otaku & well aware if 2ch & 4ch. Others commented on the 2Ch info- did they get a tongue lashing? People can speculate all day - don't tell me how to be Fan. I never tell others.

    DM's are your friend.

@Slacker13 but the 48th single was NOT A CHORAL SONG.

I just don't get how that's so hard to grasp.
They made it the song to cover by a choral competition, but they could have done the same with Flying Get for all we know.
