Confirmed. I LOVE THIS SONG! I LOVE MAYU'S SOLO LINES!
Or maybe the fact that she seems enjoying herself that makes me love the performance.
It is indeed sounds like Laburetti, in fact, the choreography gives the same vibes. But at least it's not horrible.

 

Really gives dog song and lavender field vibes to me, love it! Homegirl has a gorgeous smile too.

It's the word.. anklet.... It will sound better if it's in Japanese, maybe.


Either way Mayu will not have centered a song that is known to the public. I'm not her biggest fan but she's an AKB legend.. she should at least have centered one "popular" song.. Aachan has multiple (flying get/manatsu etc)... Yuko has Hebirote.. Sasshi has Koisuru.. Mayu has none... Even Sayanee has 365

 

I really like this song; it's not as strong as #Sukinanda but that was made for a different member, so that makes sense. I really like the (un)intentional foreshadowing towards Yuiyui being the next Ace, and when Mayu leaves her microphone on the ground and walks back to Sasshi and Yukirin.
But you could cut off the back row, and it wouldn't make a difference.

 

2^ Yeah I agree. At least she's center of their highest selling single (by year).
In hindsight, maybe they should have given this song to rino and mayu sukinanda --- sukinanda really suited mayu (maybe more than rino? -- I think upbeat mayu is really good to see).

I'm still wondering why tano is in the vocal senbatsu and not the dance senbatsu -- I think she's a much better dancer (maybe best in 48 group) than singer.
I also think omori miyu is a slightly better singer than nao so I'm wondering if she's in the muto tomu dog camp and that's why we are getting yuihan and mirurun (who are both okay but not great).

 

LOVE IT!!!

The melody is very beautiful and the choreography is gorgeous, and it all works wonderfully with the costume.

My favorite part is that they gave Mayuyu a solo line. I was afraid she was going to have less parts and screen time because of the large senbatsu.

 

Not sure if the unit will be really named 7-Eleven. I fear 7-Eleven will sue AKS similar to when Disney sue a DJ named San Holo.

About the title song, it's true it sounds like Labrador Retriever.

 

probably because Tano is busy with musicals and also movie promotions so she wasn't able to be on the dance senbatsu and the vocal senbatsu doesn't even get a music video

I'm so far behind, but, OMG! Some of these other Senbatsu lists look amazing! That Ikumin-Sayaka-Jurina partnership! Well, not just them, but I have always wanted to see them perform together!

The instrumental is drowning out the vocals. The concert recording sounded better...
I intially liked it when I heard the concert recording, this sounds like a mess.
Will hold final judgement till the clean version/MV.

 

I don't know which one is more tragic for a last single... This song for Mayuyu or Kuchibiru for Takamina

 

After hearing a full verse / song I am convinced that this is a good song. It is indeed like Labrador Retriever. But the choreo looks a little like a mess, or maybe it is just bad camera work.
