As for the center...
Since all the AKB teams are now purely AKB members, I don't see them going for another Jurina/Sakura/whoever one.
I think it will be either Miion again and/or Yuiyui (really hoping for both!).

• Yuiyui has done nothing but be the perfect idol in management's eyes: selling out HS and ranking decently last year.
• Miion might have dropped in the SSK, but she's still among the top sellers in AKB, got to center the Wakate AKB one and now also has the SMART48 one. If there is a moment to give her the big push, is now.

I wouldn't complain with a Yokoyama Yui x Okabe Rin one as well. Captains head to head.
Or Renacchi, if they want to show off they also have beauties comparable to Nogi.

As for senbatsu, I really hope they put a top as for how many SG girls will there be.
Something like they did with Tsubasa wa Iranai (3 per SG) would be nice.
Also, would they be announced as members of their new teams?

We have seen members declining positions in the pre-SSK senbatsu because they were not going to participate in the event.

It's not as if they will not be doing HS anyway, so no harm done.

I'm betting on Sakura since she will need all the push she can get if the management wants to push this Jurina vs Sakura rivalry narrative for the election.

I think this single maybe center by Miion or Sakura, since I don't think they will put Naachan as center for 2 consecutive singles.

 

I really hope Naachan gets to center again. The biggest reason is I want a better song for her. Jabaja doesn't do her justice at all.
But I know the chance is slim.. she already centered twice (if you include album). Sigh...

I think the best move is to push yuiyui plus someone else maybe Satone or Naruchan, i don't even like Yuiyui but it would be very stupid to miss this chance.

I'm yuiyui oshi. But i want naachan to be center once again. I want her face to be all over the media and performance, i want her to be more popular and got public recognition and the only way is to keep her as center. I want her to reach sakura and jurina popularity, so we have ace too from akb

Giving with the Date for the SSK, I'm guessing this will be released on May 30th.

I agree with most in saying that it should be a YuiYui Center (Time to reward your other Best HS Seller for AKB48). I would love to see it be a Sakura x YuiYui center (Mostly to piss some people off ).

I'm hoping they do something like last year (Since I loved that) along with the Team Songs as Couplings.

Annin will soon spend most of her time in Mexico.
Not a big problem for promo (they pretty much did the whole Jabaja one without Yuuri), but recording, filming etc can be complicated.
