I know it's pretty much a surefire way to get exposure, but... so many tie-ins for anime/dramas/whatever. D: I just kind of wish AKB48 could stand on their own, but they're getting there, I guess. Looking forward to the single either way~

Well, remember what AKB stands for...Akihabara...where lots of otaku hang out...of course they're going to have a lot of anime tie-ins :p (Though the Deltora Quest anime seems more mainstream than otaku-y...)

I'm looking forward to the single, though it seems really fast to announce another one. I mean, BINGO hasn't even come out yet...and this single will come out only a month after BINGO does!

Wow another single! Seems like an energetic song. AKB48 starts to pick up a brighter image.

It's not exactly something 'new', it happens in H!P sometimes and even with solo artists like Koda Kumi. Depends on the artist's or group's popularity. And I agree, fans should expect anime tie-ins sometimes because it is Akihabara48 after all, haha.

But this single is for the main group and not a sub-group right?

Anime tie-in's aren't such a sign of trouble anymore. IMO, years ago anime music was kind of a step below real j-pop, but that has changed. Lots of great jpop and jrock is used for anime now. I wouldn't worry about it.

I wonder what kind of song it'll be, though. :?:

this song must be a brand new song because it is not included in 4th stage of team A.

I think this song will not be performed in any stage since this is a theme song of anime.

^ why an anime tie-in song will not be in any stage?

Guess it's just something they try to keep seperate.

All AKB48 songs made for the actual group and the group itself are the ones featured on stages.

I mean this song is made for anime, not for the stage.
I guess that's why this song is released right after Bingo's release.
Of course, this song could be performed in Himawari-Gumi stage.

Isn't that the same case as "Ice"? (Well, too bad "ice" wasn't released at all :( )

I have to agree with Sanae about AKB48's "brighter image". Still, I'd like to see more "obscure" songs like the previous couple of singles. Never mind! This item is in my pre-order list already!

    yes, it's the same.
Anyway, we have to wait until the official release of song lists for the next stage.
