She is the first one to sing, but I don't remember if they said anything about it specifically.

My opinion pretty much like this :flower:

I hope Hibiwareta Kagami has a good feel. Since I always end up liking songs with Yukirin in it :^^;:

So pretty much the centers for the songs (the ones that do have center)
Get You (Sashihara Rino and Sato Masaki)
    Tanjoubi TANGO (Kojima Haruna)
Hibiwareta Kagami (Kashiwagi Yuki or Yukirin/Yuihan)
    Ao Kusai Rock (Kodama Haruka)
Runner's High (Oguri Yui and Matsuoka Hana)
    Baguette (Watanabe Mayu)
Dare ga Watashi no Nakaseta? (Mukaichi Mion)
Subete wa Tochuu Keika (Muto Tomu)

Was wondering who the center was for Dakara Kimi ga Suki Na no Ka?

Guys, the song is "baguette" not "bucket"!
    There's no question of it.
It sounds like bucket but it definitely means baguette in Japanese.
That's before you listen to the song and the chorus is about eating baketto and how they taste like youth....

    Now I'm sad.
I'd rather have a wtf song about buckets than another inuendo-filled song about bread. :^^;:

I thought I heard bucket when I heard the song, so I'm assuming it was correct. Oh well... I'm blaming the girls for their bad pronunciation of baguette instead of my zero Japanese skill :p

Edit: also believe it or not, I kinda felt they were talking about eating or something like thay and I thought the bucket thing meant something like KFC bucket...

It does sound like bucket, or how a Japanese person would pronounce "bucket".
But the Japanese loan word used for bucket is baketsu.

Me too! I have this image of Akimoto at his desk struggling with writers block over the lyric and he looks up and sees a cleaner mopping the corridor outside his office and goes "Aha Bucketo!!!".... finishes the song in minutes and goes to the next song...."So the next title, what shall it be".....looks at the cleaner doing her next job....."aha Dustbustah!" :awesome:

The only thing that confuses me is the title of this album. I mean, "Thumbnail." What does that even mean?

Baketsu is only bucket and bagetto is only baguette, but baketto is both.

I thought about this chance of interchangeability for this word but I think it may more likely be a common mistake made in Japan because of the slight difference in the sound that people won't even notice

Unvoiced vs. voiced is phonemic (i.e. people do notice it).

http://jisho.org/search/バケット (note the "other forms" for both Bucket and Baguette, then all the compounds where it means "bucket")
    http://ejje.weblio.jp/content/バケット
    https://kotobank.jp/jeword/バケット
    https://kotobank.jp/word/バケット-600658

If the lyrics only refer to a baguette (and there's no wordplay with bucket), then it should be baguette, but the matter of the word itself is far from clear cut.

    Thanks for the info.

Stuff from the dictionary tells us is one thing but I think it's no big secret that normal Japanese people gets confused with the usage.

And what really matters is that we know its not a song about buckets lol
