It's not the official one, but one that compiles all of their Weibo updates. Also the girls are rumored to debut at the Asia Idol Carnival, but I haven't been able to find any details about this event.

Edit: Somewhat off topic, but AKB and STU are scheduled to perform at Oiso Idol Beach on the October 6 and 7 which is the same date that Asia Idol Carnival is suppose to happen. I've been looking, and haven't been able to find anything AIC so I'm wondering if it's a mistake, and that Team SH is suppose to debut OIB instead? This is just a guess so take it with a grain of salt. I'm probably wrong since OIB is in Japan anyway.

AKB48 will come to China. They'll participate in AIF (Asia Idol Festival) in Hangzhou on October 27. Probably, AKB48 Team SH will join them in that event since Komiharu said they gonna meet Team SH in the AIF PR vid.

 

Can you link it? Everytime I look up Asia Idol Festival nothing comes up.

You can see Komiharu, Kojimako, Mogi, Miichan, Renacchi, and Chiyori in AIF poster. And they already did live broadcast via Taobao app on September 21 & 28.

Is there a bigger poster? The letters are to small to read. Also, is this event for kpop idols too? Looks like some with kpop vibes.

I could'nt find an official site or something with a more explicit web adress. But I'm not very good with searching chinese sites.
Like said above, nothing interesting comes up when typing AIF2018 or Asia Idol Festival or "天猫亚洲偶像嘉年华 AIF2018" in a search engine.

 

I know OP said they're not sure if Team SH will appear, but I think they will. Not just because of the hints they've been dropping, but I remember BNK made their first official appearance at a convention too, and they weren't announced to be their either.

It is confirmed that AKB48 Team SH will debut on October 27th at Asia Idol Festival.
