Miichan seems to be a forever Undergirl these days I wonder what kind of questions she messed up, as I can imagine she probably did quite well on the History of AKB48 part, what with actually being present when all the things in these questions happened.

Quite impressed with NGT's Mofuchan

Best for each sister group was:

• AKB: Mukaichi Mion (#1)
• SKE: Arai Yuki (#8)
• NMB: Hori Shion (#20)
• HKT: Fuchigami Mai (#4)
• NGT: Kashiwagi Yuki (#2) or if you don't wanna count kennin, Murakumo Fuka (#4)
• STU: Okada Nana (#22) or if you don't wanna count kennin, Ishida Minami (#54)

Total number of members ranked per SG (kennin counted once for the main SG):

• AKB: 53
• SKE: 16
• NMB: 6
• HKT: 14
• NGT: 7
• STU: 2

 

I usually don't jump into "that" bandwagon but...
Mion? the most wota idol? eh?

 

rigged obviously, just like mechaike thing. but who cares lol. they could better manage this thing... like doing the correction live (or even semi-live) w/ the girls in the studio...

I don't think it was rigged.
The BKA48 one was obvious because they had Hasute and Wasute made even before the test took place.

But this one had all the girls doing it in exam conditions and they took a while to correct them, so... nah.

Congrats to them!
Hopefully they'll get a nice song and video.

Honestly, people wouldn't have riled up if she wasn't the winner. I actually thought she would be in top 16, but not center lol. The top 16 looks legit tho, if you count the fact that Mion is #1. Anyway, congratulations to the girls who made it!

Sasshi could've been higher imo.

 

I can't comment on the other members who ranked really high but for Mion, there were plenty of expectations for her to do well. When the exam was first announced, there were a lot of tweets from fans who predicted that Mion would rank high because she was a huge wota prior to joining AKB and still considers herself to be one. Not only were there high expectations for Mion, she also took the exam quite seriously to the point where it stressed her out because she considered it her chance to prove just how much she really loves AKB.

She did exam preparations 6 times on Showroom by having viewers ask her questions and vice versa. She read the official AKB 10 year history book, the official AKB costume guidebook and 48G info available online as a way to study. And apparently fans asked her questions during handshakes to further help her because they knew she was aiming for 1st place. If you check out the prediction hashtag on Twitter, many predicted Mion would rank within the top 3, so there were high expectations for her and now there are many "sasuga" (as expected) comments regarding her results. Mion's score and rank shouldn't be surprising if you closely follow her or at least knew about the amount of studying she did for the exam.

Congratulations to all the girls, that test didn’t look easy at all! I’m a bit disappointed Kayoyon missed out on senbatsu by 1 point, but 17 is still a very very good rank. I hope the girls get a good song.

 

AKB 16th gen was (surprisingly?) powerful even though no one ranked top 16. Bunch of wota nerds.

yeah, I saw a video of hers saying she had been to the theater twice before joining AKB when she was a Kojiharu wota. It's not exactly a huge leap or some AKS conspiracy to think that she could actually know the answers?

I'm so happy for Mion! She deserved it so much!
I thought Yuiri and Kayoyon would rank, but apparently they missed it, oh well.
And it's not rigged, I'm pretty sure.
