    It's AKB48 All Concert, not AKB48 Group All Concert.

    I believe it's because it's All AKB48 Member, vs only senbatsu member in the sister group concerts, not All 48G.

    However, there are no more detail, and in Twitter even Japanese is as confused to whether it's tandoku concert or not.

    I’m really interested to see how NGT songs rank this year considering everything that has happened and that the last few years, RH has basically been an NGT concert.

    Why only top 50 though? It feels like admitting they are not doing pretty well, while likely true, still, doesn't look nice.

    And no CD???? Darn..

    The wordings are
    Not AKB48 Group all, so I guess A, K, B, 4, 8 together in one concert.

    That doesn't fit the description of the group concerts (16 member senbatsus from each group). But then neither does an AKB48 Group ALL concert (1 concert for each of the 6 groups, including AKB48).

    Not sure about RH ranks but Naachan and Nanamin performed I'm sure at a Team 4 concert in August and Naachan and Sayarin performed Ai yo, ugokanaide at Team 4 concert in September. SKE have performed Yaritagariya-san at their midnight stage this year and I think a few times before as well. Yuuwaku no garter gets performed every now and then at concerts and iirc it was also performed at SKE's midnight stage this year. Not super recent but Kodoku na runner was part of Let's go kenkyuusei stage performed in 2017-2018. Other than that, as someone has mentioned it before, Team K does GAGAGA quite often recently (Jabaja tte nani concerts, AKB Haru no Fes, last year's team concert etc.)

    AKB48 ALL means that Maeda Atsuko, Oshima Yuko, Shinoda Mariko, Takahashi Minami, Kojima Haruna, Itano Tomomi, Watanabe Mayu, Sashihara Rino are all coming back to celebrate... something.

    both are Docomo's platform, but dTV is more an online TV streaming service which you need to subscribe to (like your normal cable subscription), while shintaikan live is per event paid streaming service. Not sure whether they will package all 17 concerts into a single package or you need to pay for it individually or maybe doing both.
