I really love what this show has evolved into. Hiroyuko PD is alone doing a better job at promoting AKB than DH's whole office.

Usually its managers trying to appeal their clients to showbiz producers, I love how the members themselves are being put in that spot to appeal themselves for slots. As such they get a better idea of what is expected of them from the PD for the particular show or CM shoot. Even rejection gives them a rough idea of what they are missing for next time. This experience will go a long way in helping them get a grasp of how the showbiz industry works and not just AKB and what they need to work on to survive in it. The PD also gets to see the member's charms himself in person rather than hearing about it from their managers which is kinda cliche.

There are many talented members in AKB with different sets of talents suitable for different genres of works. If this show is successful in matching the right members with the right genre of content, many unknown members will have a chance at popularity. In contrast to DH"s evergreen policy of trying to secure all kinds of odd jobs for a few popular faces ( for which they usually don't even match well ) this IMO is a much better path.

Next we just need Mashi Paisen and Kokko cast in a 'Guess the human among the AI ' quiz show. I would pay to watch fhat.

Unfortunately no. Out of the 3 currently running programmes, I think AKB48 Sayonara Mouri-san is the only one getting updates.
