It's "Injection III" because they do this every year. And Hillary always freaks out haha It became a tradition

A new tradition maybe? That's the first time I've ever heard anyone humming the national anthem for Hirari while she's bawling her eyes out.

 

I definitely cracked up when I heard them humming the national anthem

 

I didn't even know that it was the national anthem of USA (Kill me then)

 

Hirari's injection is funny, but what pique my interest is Light saber stick part. I thought that color combination was a random choice but in fact there is a meaning and connection to the members. The only color combination that I can understand is Matsui Jurina only, only bearing Team K (Green) and SKE (orange)

 

I agree about the light sticks. I thought it was interesting that a certain color combination corresponds to each girl. I'm now wondering if every girl has a color combination and if there's a chart somewhere that lists them.

 

^ yes same here. I was wondering too. Do they consider every team change into the light combination?

 

Either way, no matter what colour combination you do in AKB you can say "It's for Minegishi"

 

If someone on stage48 who's live in japan can try to ask 48 fan on 2ch, maybe they'll give it to you (after some waiting time of typing each member name and finding the correct color on each of them).

 

So I did some research. Light sticks are called "サイリウム", sometimes "ペンライト" or "スティックライト" if you want to google for yourself. Someone asks the question here:

SKE is special in that its members have specific colours. As can be expected, it's really frickin complicated because there are so many members. You can check out a chart here but it's a bit out-of-date:

I read a bit about NMB and HKT too. It seems fans haven't really settled on any colours yet for HKT. Most fans just buy whatever the official shop sells for HKT. Anyway, you can find the different sticks for sale below for NMB and HKT.

It seems NMB colours are a new thing because reading posts from 2012, people say there are no set colours but I just read this post from 2014:

The guy from the link above is Love-tan oshi so he uses Team A stick, Team B stick and HKT's red stick from the official shop. He says it's not a rule or anything and other fans just use whatever stick they feel like.

 

The light sticks combination for each member is interesting. I didn't know about that too, but I was pretty sure it was a SKE-only thing when I watched the show haha You know, SKE wotas doing things that SKE wotas do

I was wondering why someone pointed out Nyan's part from AKB Show in her thread. Then I was wondering why they kept showing her introduction. Then I realized she hasn't changed it in the 8 years she's been with the group. XD Yeah, I'll admit to being a little slow at times, but I thought that was amusing, especially when they started to splice the intros from different years together.
