You should be patient until your issue is resolved, posting in here multiple times isn't going to get your problem fixed any sooner. Unfortunately I can't help you because I'm an iPhone user.

Hey guys, just to reiterate, please speak in English. Some of us are willing to help, but it only annoys us if you speak in another language. Secondly, sending the devs multiple emails will also only make them care less about your problem as well, especially if you are translating from broken English into broken Japanese AND if you're not using some form of polite language like keigo. Remember that they don't HAVE to help you. Just like how several members here do not HAVE to help you. If the devs acknowledge there's a problem, then wait and, like kimuchi said, "Patience is a virtue." No one is obligated to help you.
