I think many here might have figured out what they were saying especially near the end of the video since the guy was speaking in Tagalog-English, but I'd like to translate the important info.

Maru, the guy in front of AKB48 cafe and shop, was saying that unfortunately as of that moment they cannot show clips of the TDC concert (although I don't even know whether they were allowed to record performances aside from Ima Happy), but the other guy, Zeus, would tell next update how it is to attend a Team 8 concert as he attended. By the next update too, Maru said they will interview Team 8.
