Since the 2nd singing competition is starting now, and I actually only watched the full version of the 1st singing competition recently (like in the last 4 months), I thought I should share a few opinions I had about the 1st competition before I start watching the 2nd one!

About the first round / auditions -

I don't remember much of the sister group auditions even though I watched everything, what I want to say is that I really enjoyed Yuihan's audition with the song "I'm Proud". Her voice is very high-pitched but it suited the song and she was singing so high but didn't crack her voice or run out of breath. I loved it! I also liked Moeka's audition, I've been listening to it many times since last year.

I have to say there are some girls who got selected and praised that I didn't really understand why, but it reminded me of that time AKBINGO! did a singing competition and I also didn't understand the praises for some girls. so I guess it's just different preferences LOL

About the finals -

First, the negative opinions; I think Churi did a bad choice for her song, actually I quited like her voice in the auditions. For Suzuran, I'm personally not a fan of her voice and I didn't really enjoy her performances, but she even went to the very last round so I guess, I really have different preferences LOL. also I thought her behavior was a bit out of place, she was quite loud and it felt like she was in a comedy show, while the whole event had that "classy" vibe. well it was kinda funny though but I still found it a bit out of place LOL. Lastly for Nojima Kano, I was a bit dissapointed at her songs choices. I didn't really like her performances, but I do think she's a good singer. when I heard that she won (when the event happened), I thought she deserves it because I know that she can sing. But after seeing the event, I have to say I was a bit dissapointed. but I guess it's a good opportunity for her that she won. I just realized all my negative opinions are for SKE girls haha but I'd like to say, I do like Churi and Kano's voices, I just didn't like their song choices and performances here.

Now positive opinions, I enjoyed Yokoyui's performances! but I think her outfit in the first performance didn't suit the song LOL she performed Endless Story for her 2nd song and I love that song so it was really nice! the other Team 8 girls were really cute too, Utada Hatsuka and Rissen Airi! I enjoyed their live!

For STU, I learned about some girls when seeing this event, Yano Honoka and Kadowaki Miyuna, I really like their voices for both of them! There's something about Miyuna that reminds me of Mayuyu. I think I might become a fan LOL she's very cute and she can sing well too!

Now for my most favorite performances in the finals, it's definitely Moeka and Naachan. For both of them, I love both songs that they performed, they made great choices and they performed them perfectly, I'm glad that they both got into the top 3! I listened to their performances many times ;w;

That's all ^^/ I still didn't watch the concert that they did with the finalists but I will do that soon. and of course I hope the 2nd competition will be even better and that I can find more voices that I like and more performances that I enjoy!
