I have to ask since I'm a new follower of the group.. From what I've seen on NogiBingo, a lot of her skits are really funny, but are also kinda rude.. ish? Like, Maiyan and Manatsu butt heads together in some episodes, so it makes me wonder if that's her role in a show, to be bullied.. Obviously I'd hate to know that she's not as liked as others in the group, but it's also kinda sad to see her done like that in a show as well

 

She indeed has this "bullied character" on variety shows, but since most of the segments for those shows are scripted, there's no way that she is being disliked for real.

 

Yea for now but in the beggining I think a lot member dislike her because for first appear she got into fukujin. Like nanase and himetan said in nogidoko episode 166. They didn't said hate manatsu but yea like that.

 

Maiyan and Manatsu have had the "bullied" relationship for a long time.
As Maiyan said in the valentine episode on nogidoko where she gave to Manatsu "Thank you for always playing a long with me teasing you"
It's basically scripted, Manatsu is very well liked from what I seen in N46 among the members.

 

Nice, thanks for the hasty replies guys! yeah, I was thinking the bullying was kinda a prank, cause surely they wouldn't air those bits if it were true. It's just a bit hard to believe that so many members in a group have a strong bond between each other. If they lived together in dorms/1 apartment building, it'd make a lot more sense for their bond to be this strong

 

Many members get a stamp, and then that whole thing evolves and it's hard to get out of it.
Chiyori in AKB for example have the busu stamp, members tease her all the time for it, and its highlighted on shows. I doubt she likes it, as the AKBINGO with liedectorer also proved she does not.
Shimada got the debu stamp and its highlighted.
Yukirin and Komiharu have the haraguro stamp etc.

When someone gets a "character" that you can make something variety off it is hard to get out off.

Often I thought that it's very harsh even in variety but that makes good TV I guess.
