Mark my words! This band have 'world domination' all over them.
You can't tell me that no one on this forum are not interested in them? Yet, there are a lot of interest in BABYMETAL and LADYBABY which I also love btw.
They've already been to Sakuracon in Seattle, Comicon in London, will go to Mexico and now they are doing a European tour in October, so you can't tell me that there is no interest!

    Hello!

I found out about this group from reading the comments in an article at was posted about Babymetal on Fark of all places. Someone in the comments had mentioned Band Maid and I decided to take a look on YouTube. the non-fiction days was the first video on the list and I was instantly hooked. They've got a really good sound and they look really energetic on stage from the few fan cam videos I've seen.

I really would like to see them live now that I've found out about them. There was some insider news that I was following that may have brought them local, but it seems to me that the deal fell through, so I'll just have to wait.

From Cali that would be quite a trip to come and see then in Europe, Mexico would be much closer ?

That said I traveled to Japan for Babymetal so I understand.

Mexico would have been closer, but that date also conflicted with something that I had already had going on that weekend. Hopefully they'll add a few more dates to the tour.

It's only a matter of time before they come back to the US.

Maybe not this year, but it should happen soon.

Their new single YOLO was played live today at the final concert of their Japanese tour.

They also released the official video.

Thanks for the post. Good stuff there. I pre-ordered the single, so I'm just now waiting on it to arrive.

Still some time to wait, shipping start on Nov 16th.

They've added a Hong Kong show on November 5th, who knows maybe they'll add a couple more in the US ?

Wow! There is finally some talk in this thread :D
@BigPaddy_FR I'm going to the concert in London on the 12th as a VIP. Which concert(s) are you going to?
@JoltFiend I'm glad you like them, I'm sure they'll play in the US again after they have done the European tour and Hong Kong. The trouble is, the US is so big with so many states, it's deciding where to play but maybe they can have a US and Canadian tour. Where would you like them to go if they did a tour in the US?

I love their new song! Not too sure on the title though.

@FOAKB48 I'm going to London and Hamburg, both VIP.

In London I'll meet a group of European fans who saw them already in London Comic-Con in May and in Tokyo recently. I couldn't be in London as I was at my mother's birthday and for the Tokyo shows none matched my stay for the Babymetal Tokyo Dome concerts.

If you're on FB you probably know who they are.

    Wow awesome! Enjoy both locations!

I couldn't go to comicon either although I bought a comicon ticket solely for BAND-MAID, but couldn't make it because I had literally no money for the train fares and couldn't get up there, but I won't miss london this time!

I am on FB and I do check on there once every now and again for news about them and stuff, so I probably do know who they are.
Definitely enjoy it! My parents just got back from Hamburg, they said it was really good.

@FOAKB48 For locations, Los Angeles would be convenient for me. My idea for a US/Canada trip would be Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, a return to Seattle, maybe Dallas, Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto to round it out.

I'm pretty sure they'll do one in Los Angeles one day!
Have you heard all of the songs and mini albums yet?

I'm Baka Oshi over on FB.

For the Albums I bought them on Itunes, then bought the latest Album "Brand New Maid" again through JPU Records as a bundle with a tshirt and most recently bought again "New Beginning" at Tower Records in Hiroshima.

From what I've seen, the merch stand at their latest concert in Japan had both "Brand New Maid" and "New Beginning" for sale at 2,500 yens.

I bought both New Beginning and Brand New Maid through CDJapan a few months back. I ripped them to iTunes and listened to both back-to-back the moment I got home.

    @BigPaddy_FR I don't know if I've heard about you, I can't remember.
Nice, I've never been to their concert in Japan, but I would love to go someday!
@JoltFiend Awesome! Which album do you like better? I think New Beginnings is heavier, but both are really good albums. I would like to get Maid In Japan someday too.
