Hello! I'm a Swedish lurker of this forum for about 5 years now. I really enjoy to read the posts here but haven't joined until now. I'm pretty new to the 48 groups, but I have bought over 70 singles with AKB48, HKT48, NMB48, SKE48, STU48 combined, albums, photobooks, magazines, posters, DVD's, Blu-ray's for the past few years. Some of the posts here on Stage48 can almost be read as an article - so I got an idea - why not make a fanzine with the forum members? This is something I personally would have loved to see and read, so why not make the layout myself? So my question now is if this is something anybody would have been interested in, and if so, would anybody like to contribute with the texts, news, articles, reviews etc.? I talked to @Mana on the discord and I got the permission to use her posts, same with @donjonnie. Here's a preview of how the fanzine would have looked like. It's not set in stone, and the name of the zine can come to change. I just got the urge to start the project for myself, introduce myself a bit and see if there's any interest in this.
Hello! Happy to see more posters here, would be nice to see this forum to be even more active like the golden era of AKB! And the Fanzine samples looks really nice! Very appealing designs for each page! I'd love to see more of these and for sure you can put it out there too in social medias to get newer fans, with the eye catching designs you have here. Currently a bit too busy with work to be active in a forum project, but feel free to use anything I posted in this forum as materials (of course after double checking the facts, nowadays in internet age lots of misinformation goes around ) for your Fanzine!
I'm happy that you liked the design and that I'm free to use your posts @donjonnie I get that people don't have time and have other things going on, but yeah I have seen all the activities back in the day here on the forum, that's kinda why I decided to start this project, since I really like peoples dedication with their discussions and posts Here's how the next page with your text turned out, it took me almost 4 hours of work but I'm really happy with the layout. Another two-page spread!
I just wanted to update the status of the fanzine here after 1 week. This project have taken up almost all my free time, and it's so fun to layout. Not that many exclusive articles in this first issue (mostly posts from here and Reddit that works as articles/news), but I hope that people want to contribute with exclusives to the next issue. I'm done with over 35 pages now, so I will probably release it pretty soon before some content feels too old.

Idol news comes and goes pretty quickly, but what i've personally found is that i really appreciate having idol news content wrapped up in a format like this (or like sakuzaka central on twitter). For people like me who love idols but life gets in the way and we suddenly find ourselves not having time to enjoy idols for a while, this is perfect to get people updated with news, brilliant work! I would consider if you want to make it a monthly round up, that would be easy to digest and you would eliminate the chance of covering 'old' news. Id be happy to contribute, but i mostly follow AKB, NMB, and Sakurazaka.
Thank you so much for your very nice and supportive comment @minaeshi I will probably not do 40+ pages again, maybe if I'll do 4 issues a year like I was thinking. But your idea with news more often sounds lika a nice idea, with fewer pages. So I might consider this to future issues, and maybe make it 6 times a year. The news is very fresh, so it was stupid of me to get these done at the beginning. Nothing feels too old though, especially if you don't seek after the news yourself every day. You are very welcome to write something, I would appreciate it. I decided to eliminate an article to get room for other stuff. I'm pretty set on publishing the first issue before the 25th though, so if it's to tight of a schedule for you I understand.
