Other... well 'cause I don't really mind genres. Been listening all kinds of music and if it's good, it's good. Simple.
i don't really pay attention to it (the music genre). as long as it sounds good in my ear, i like it.
It would probably be easier to list what I'm not into -- most rap & hip-hop doesn't appeal to me, though I suspect I'm not really the target audience;I really don't like much country music either, while most of my family does...*ACK*; most American/English-language bubblegum pop nauseates me... I suppose what I do listen most these days to would be Jpop & Jrock, progressive rock, dinosaur rock, punk, maybe some folkish things...
Rock, Metal, Pop, Punk, Funk, Blues, Jazz, Dangdut, and Alternative is fine. But i don't like electro music.
Probably pop but I'm not picky. I always say I listen to artists, not genres. There are loads of pop artists I like just as there are those I don't. Same with every genre. I can easily listen to Disney soundtracks, AKB48, Nightwish and Haloo Helsinki! (a Finnish band) on a same day. I'm not a huge fan of hip hop/rap and country though tbh. Not my cup of tea, really.
Electronic music (especially rock), like The Prodigy, Man with a Mission, Fatboy Slim, to name a few... 48 group is my guilty pleasure though...
I listen to many different artists and genre but my 1st love was reggae I also love salsa and reggaeton as well as hip hop and jpop
I listen to a lot of different music styles but metal will always be closest to the heart. Manowar greatest band of all time!!
Jpop (female only males are meh) Alternative rock Indie rock Indie pop (Indie) folk Post-rock Ambient Shoegaze Dream pop Math rock Emo (midwest emo/twinkling daddy. This is real emo, likes of The Used are meh.) Pop punk (but most of newer bands are meh) EDM IDM Vaporwave
For the most part old-school IDM and some modern EDM on one end... more towards the experimental, quirky but focused pure electronic stuff (my bias towards IDM should give you some idea of how I look upon cookie-cutter, 'oogsh-oogsh-bwawaowaowaaaao' "electronic" music)... and on the other, towards future soul of the last year or so... but my regular go-to is classic rock for its connections to great memories in the military.
