GALETTe* is a 4 member idol group under AruAruCity that formed August of 2013! The group started off with 4 members: Shishima Saki(CQC), Nonoko (CHIMO), Hosaka Ayano, and Murayama Shihori. Their debut single "G" was released October of 2015. A month after their debut, HKT48's Komori Yui joined, making the group 5. March of 2014 Murayama graduated due to poor health, though she has had a similar departure to many other idol groups. When the group moved from Fukuoka to Tokyo in 2015, Hosaka decided to stay behind since she already had a solo career. During their time as a three member group, Galette released their first mini-ablum Grooving Party with the assistance of Party Rockets member Fujita Akari, who filled in for Ayano. They also released their single Air Summer/Shijo no Ai, a few months later. March of 2015, GALETTe* held auditions to fill in the places of the other members. The winners were Fujita Akari (who graduated from Party Rockets in July, stating that she enjoyed the experience in GALETTe*) and Happy Dance member Noda Reina, they joined August of 2015. Just a few months later, the leader Shishima Saki graduated from the group to pursue a position as playing manager for a new, more mature idol group DEAR KISS. This announcement happened just after GALETTe*'s first one man live "Grooving Party RISING." February of 2016, GALETTe* announced their new single Sonic Fighter, and started promoting this single April 30 of 2015 it is to be released June 21, 2016. Fujita Akari has joined Stella☆Beats. This will be her third debuted idol group, and fourth after her pre-debut group.
