idk if it's just me but it seems Hosoi is building his reputation as a competent theatre manager fixing the many holes and problems from the previous management.

Some things notable I am impressed after his succession.

- Transparent and useful AKB info updates on his twitter
- More special stages for AKB members
- Younger gen boosts in varieties
- Ticket Center open to foreign fans (tho not the perfect system)
- SNS ban lift for young gens (Twitter, 755)
- D3 approach over group reshuffle?
- D2 Promotion

Can I credit all these things to him? And can I trust this guy more from now on?

Watching the D2 promotion announcement, I think Hiwatan has been feeling pretty guilty about being promoted so long before her generation mates. Seems like this is a big relief for her

When will they have the "Music Video Request" again? It would be nice if they give fans a chance to vote for the songs which don't have the music video yet!
It has been 5 years since the last "Music Video Request".

 

I don't think the return was that great or else they would have done this again.

Oh dear, I nearly cried watching this! I clearly have lots of feelings where the D2 members are concerned I feel weirdly happy for them and proud of them.
