I watched it as the live performance well and yeah, the audience participation was surely missed... Nevertheless, I still enjoyed it though.

It can be an opportunity for the members to learn to fight like the original members did.

I remember in an interview from Tomochin that he said: you have to keep smiling, even if the theater was empty, even if you had the pillar in front or a wall.

 

It's sort of astounding how weird it is without the audience cheers, chants etc, how much those simple things contribute to the show and the general atmosphere. The girls still give it their all though.

I much prefer shows with a loud crowd doing the mix. In my experience the SKE audience sounds loudest on LODs but this might be a factor of where the audience mics are situated. It's eerie without the audience, my mind involuntarily fills in all the "hey hey hey hey" and "Ooowah Ooowah" and all the other bits

 

I genuinely appreciate AKB putting up their LOD's on youtube. It's a really good compromise lol. But yea, it's so weird without the audience lol. The girls still kill it tho

 

Fortunately they have not put region restriction.

The members do seem to be very aware of the cameras and indeed they’re probably getting the biggest live audiences they’ve ever had for theater shows, it’s just a shame that they can’t see or hear anyone! For me it only really seems strange when they take a bow to complete silence. Anyway yesterday evening at home it was simply great to be able to shut out all the bad news in the world for a couple of hours with some wine and pizza and enjoy being entertained by my kami-oshi.

AKB48運営の元社長、22億円申告漏れ　国税局指摘
Former president of the AKB48 management failed to report 2.2 billion yen worth of property, the National Taxation Bureau points out

アイドルグループAKB48などを運営する「AKS」（東京都千代田区）の窪田康志元社長（48）が東京国税局の税務調査を受け、約22億円の申告漏れを指摘されたことが関係者の話でわかった。個人で保有していた株式の譲渡益を申告しなかったという。所得税の追徴税額は過少申告加算税を含め約4億円で、すでに修正申告した模様だ。
Kubota Yasushi (48), former president of AKS (Municipality of Tokyo, Chiyoda district), which manages idol group AKB48 among others, has been subjected to a tax probe by the Tokyo National Taxation Bureau, which found out about 2.2 billion yen to have been omitted from the report -- this was learned in a talk with a related insider. Reportedly, he failed to declare the net gains that came from ceding the stocks he was personally owning. The tax penalty incurred regarding income taxation amounts to approximately 400 million yen, counting in also the additional tax for under-reporting; it appears that the corrected report has already been filed again.

関係者によると、窪田氏はアイドルグループ「乃木坂46」の運営に関わる「ノース・リバー」（同区）の株式を保有していたが、株式を妻名義にした後、2017年に遊技機メーカー「京楽産業.」（名古屋市）に譲渡した。窪田氏は同社から約24億円を借り入れており、この借入金と株式を相殺する取引だったという。
According to a related insider, Kubota was in possession of stocks from North River (based in the same district), which is associated in the management of idol group Nogizaka46. However, the stocks were registered to his wife’s name, and afterwards in 2017 they were later ceded to amusement machine manufacturer Kyoraku Sangyou (Nagoya municipality). Kubota is said to have borrowed about 2.4 billion yen in loans from said company, and how with such a transaction he meant to cancel out these loan debts with stocks.

同国税局は、実質的には窪田氏が株式を売却して得た利益で借入金を返したと判断し、売却時点で申告するべき所得があったと認定した模様だ。
The National Taxation Bureau determined how, effectively, Kubota did pay back the loan debts with the net gains obtained from selling the stocks, and looks like to have recognized this to be property which needed to have been declared at the time of the sell-off.

株式の譲渡益は、売却価格から取得費などを差し引いて計算され、非上場会社の株式などは取得費を「売却価格の5%」とすることが税法上認められている。同国税局は、相殺された借入金約24億円から5%を差し引いた約22億円が株式譲渡益にあたるとして、申告漏れを指摘したという。意図的な不正ではないとして、重加算税は課されていない。
Regarding the net gains coming from the cession of stocks, they are calculated by deducting the acquisition costs from the sell-off price, with, in the case of stocks of companies not floated on the market, the acquisition costs set to correspond to “5% of the sell-off price”, as determined according to tax regulations.
The National Taxation Bureau, pointed that the 2.2 billion yen, coming from deducting the 5% of the approximate 2.4 billion yen of loans that have been offset, corresponded to the net gains from ceding the stocks, and identified how there has been a case of omission of report. However, arguing how this was no fraudulent action done intentionally, no heavy additional taxation had been imposed.

窪田氏は06年にAKSを設立し、14年に社長を辞任した。窪田氏は朝日新聞の取材に「何もお答えできない」と話した。
After he established AKS in 2006, Kubota eventually resigned from his position as president in 2014. In response to the interview by Asahi Shinbun, Kubota told “I cannot give any response”.
