Maira just announced graduate from BNK48, since she's not happy for people who always make rumor about her, stalked her for every moment and worst thing is throw thing toward her.

I'm very sad that she has to faced situation like this, and got cyber bully from stranger 24/7.

Maira denied the woman next to Suchart in the book fair was her. (So, Suchart just happened to know another girl looking alike her and they just accidentally ran into each other.)

Her excuse had no evidence to back up many had expressed that it would be more believable if they summoned Suchart and he could show that the girl in the book fair photos was a lookalike or, they could make Meen, the sister of Suchart's wife, who accused Maira of committing affair, apologized to Maira but, Meen just shared a news report on Maira's latest scandal.

Neither Maira had anything to back up her claim that she was threatened. It's definitely true that she was stalked (as they were some candid photos of her from few different places in the attempt to prove she had relationship with Suchart) and she was being condemned online but, anything else was simply empty words. To be fair, I don't know if there is a way to firmly prove she truly was threatened. And, if she truly was thrown bottle at, the thrower could be Meen.

Maira's last theater stage will be in late this month and her last event as BNK's member will be on Dec 7.

After Cake, this is another case of a member leaving the group without clear explanation so, the trustworthiness of Job tanked.

 

Why must there be a "clear explanation" when a member wants to graduate? She simply no longer wants to be a part of the group. Period.

BNK48 Office will be renamed to iAm (Independent Artists Management) and expand its scope into 3 main businesses to conclusively manage different types of entertainers.

1. Idol business under AKB model, possibly more regional groups

2. Male idol business in collaboration with Tik Jesadaporn, famous actor. The 2 partners have founded Dreamer Society Management, iAm 60% shares, Tik 40%. This agency will produce the tv show, The Brothers, opened for audition mid Nov.

3. Talent management - manages singers, actors, influencers etc. to diversify the content to conclude broader market. Recruiting talents from Thailand and abroad.

BNK will launch many more units. Gen 3 is now not a focus, possibly no audition next year. Focusing on existing members now.

20 new male idols planned to debut in the first quarter of next year.

Dreamer Society's registered capital is 10M THB but, the cost of The Brothers alone is expected to exceed that heftily. With the help of Plan B, iAm is calling for sponsorship for the show.

Dreamer Society will have a separate management team.

The format of the boy group will be similar to BNK48 but not the same.

AKS may help on oversea marketing.

Currently, the shareholding structure of iAm is
Jirath & co - 55%
Plan B - 35%
AKS - 10%

No plan to increase the capital yet, the company has fluid finance now thank to Plan B's investment.

Mimigumo will release second MV.

BNK Film also has changed its name to iAm Film and will keep investing into new film projects.

BNK will transition from idol group to platform with many groups (units) inside.

BNK has gained big endorsement deals thanks to Plan B's network. At its peak, BNK got 16 deals in total. Now, down to 7, 1 of them is new, GS Bank. BNK secures endorsement deals by doing various activities to promote the brand.

The income from fans accounted for 50%.

This year's income is expected to increase from last year.

full set - 1M THB
customer's pick 6 member set - 500k
random 6 member set - 250k

BNK has become niche, faded out from public interest, and relied on fans but, AKB has lasted for many years under this situation.
