Not large change. They're just announcing that the HS lottery system is moving to the website, "AKB48 Group Shop" from their old website "Chara-ani Chance". Nothing changing about the actual HS lottery system.

That's puzzling. Did HKT really mobilize more people than AKB or the other sister groups? How about Nogizaka? They now sell more CDs than SKE, NMB and HKT. It's hard to believe they wouldn't have more people attending their concerts than HKT.

Or maybe AKB not considered a female group? lol Just kidding.

Or maybe HKT just have more concerts than all the other sister groups.

HKT48's Sashiko du Soleil had multiple venues and days (a total of 8 performances), which may have helped. AKB48 so far's had Takamina's graduation and Request Hour 2016 (which HKT48 was both in). Maybe HKT48 won in sheer attendance numbers?

    I see.
In that case, I'm not sure but the ranking seems more or less meaningless.
Say ももクロ had 20 concerts with 1000 people each and HKT had 1 concert with 10,000 people then ももクロ would still rank as number 1. But what does that really mean? It just happens that HKT only had 1 concert. And other groups that could be even more popular didn't have concerts or something like that.

Anyways, sorry for going kinda off-topic.

It's a good thing HKT is selling their concert decently.

I remember AKB dai undokai (sports event) which was free, it wasn't full. AKB is no longer assured to sell out their concert.

Just curious. Would everyone stay with HKT after Sasshi graduates? If also Haruppi and Sakura get transferred to AKB?

I would!I like Haruppi but I'm not really a fan of Sasshi and Sakura and there's plenty of other members that I like(Aanya,Naopon and Mikurin for example) so I would stay for them! Also,I prefer the whole vibes of HKT better then other sisters groups like the bonds and the music!

lol I am done with HKT and 48g once Sasshi graduates. I like HKT a lot but I've been wanting an exit for awhile now. I'm also glad to see that HKT's future is all but taken care of with Sakura and Haruppi leading the way, and even for AKB as well.

I think I'll stay after Sasshi leaves HKT but I tag along SakuHaru Quest for a while before deciding or if any of the 2 leaves HKT due to management's arrangements .... but yes .... I too prefer HKT's vibe and it's been a while ..... watching HKT's concerts just feel different compared to the rest .... especially when it comes to MC and reactions of members .... HKT members' reactions often make me re-watch the segment to see what I miss out but the rest .... hmmmm there is this Shinnnnn moment .... the air stays still and sounds pale .... the audience's reactions are chuckles to complete silence .....

Easy answer, nope if they can't keep up the fun. But I'll keep tab with 2 particular member of HKT. It's not SakuRuppi, btw.

Depends on the time frame. If they left right now I will probably just quite idols completely. That is because HKT48 still relies on those 3 especially Sasshi. With out them HKT48 wouldn't have strong leaders. If another member step up and chooses to become leader then I could continue watching HKT. That would take some time though.

Btw, I was searching for keyakizaka46 on google, then I stumble on something.... nothing important tho, just kinda funny. Basically on the part about people also search for, I see AKB48, Nogizaka46, SKE48, NMB48, HKT48, etc.... because it was kinda funny, I tried to search for HKT48 to confirm it, and yes, it was... interesting....
    HKT logo Jiina.jpg
As you can see, the other group either have their group logo or group photo But HKT48 have... Jiina! Sasshi who? :p SakuHaru?? pfft :p HKT might as well push Jiina like they push Sakura since HKT48=Jiina :D

I was paying too much attention to Pokemon Go news the past week and just found out today that the 4th gen got announced.
Also very surprised by the Matsuoka Hana Center for the 8th single. I guess they want to push somebody who didn't rank in SSK?
