NGT48 will collaborate with 2 companies from Niigata, they will attend some events such as the Niigata Albirex baskeball club at home matches, visit school during the closed season and clean the place.

on september 5th and 6th, NGT48 will attend the "NGT48 day" (provisional title), to be held at Suntopia world park.

and from now, the president Okada has edicted some strict new behavior rules

• DM messages on SNS are forbiden
• Secondary SNS acounts are forbiden
• No interraction with fans
• Any interraction will be reported

Any violation of these rules will be the object of discipline measures and made public

Some bad news.
An employee's PCR test came back positive.
So everyone working at the theater will have to be tested

Also one of the members - Seiji Reina - suspected to have COVID.

 

Good thing they decided to test them then.

To expand a bit, according to that news post they started giving antibody tests to members and staff to prepare for the theater reopening next month, but in the first batch of 25 Seiji Reina and an employee tested positive for novel coronavirus antibodies. When their PCR tests also came back positive, management decided to arrange PCR tests for everyone (all members and staff). So now they're waiting at home, watching their health, waiting for the tests and the results.

edit: I misread, they haven't gotten Seiji's PCR test results back yet.

 

Rika and Ogiyuka's PCR test results came back negative. They were both staying in Tokyo so were able to get tested promptly there. For the rest of the members and staff, it seems there's a lack of testing facilities in Niigata prefecture, so they're still trying to arrange for tests.

 

Covid probably found the working environment too harsh.

 

Probably karmic blessing for being targetted by cancer fans for unsubstantiated accusations.

First round of test results for the members in Niigata are out.

Oguma Tsugumi, Kado Yuria, Seiji Reina, Tano Ayaka, Nara Miharu, Nishigata Marina, Nishimura Nanako, Homma Hinata, and Fujisaki Miyu's PCR tests all came back negative. As did 9 staff member's tests, including the one who received a positive antibody test.
So far, 11/30 members have been PCR tested, 0/11 positive.
9/39 staff tested, 0/9 positive.

(To clarify as there was some confusion earlier, at the time of the original announcement no one had been PCR tested, they'd only taken the antibody test.)

Another 4 staff members have also tested negative, but that still leaves another 26.

They are easing the sanitaire counter leasure at the theater, by removing the transparent vinyl sheet betweenvthe stage and the audience.
