Considering AKB48 has stalled and is completely inertial, someone has to pick up the fight - there is not much of a difference between three middle sisters (two youngest have released one single in total, thus ignorable), so doesn't matter that much, which one.

 

I know they just released their album but... it has been nearly a year since their last single.

Yea, it's been a pretty quiet year for NMB48. We'll prob get a single in december again. IDK what they're waiting for tbh.

AKB just promoted their last D2 KKS. When will NMB promote theirs?

 

Popular Japanese Youtuber 'Hikakin' appeared at the Yokohama concert of the Arena Tour. Both he and Akarin filmed themselves for their respective youtube channels during and after "Oh My God!". They both uploaded the footage from it today.

The new single will be performed and new senbatsu will be announced tomorrow November 15 during the Best Hits Kayousai around 7PM JST

Confirmed out of the senbatsu (compared to the previous senbatsu) is Kokochan and Chihhi who are both appearing at the NMB theater tomorrow evening.

 

I’m excited about the prospect of a lot of 5th gen members in, but I am saddened by Coco being out. I had hoped she could’ve become a mainstay.

 

Kohaku groups announced. AKB, Nogi, Keyaki. No sister groups, no Sayaka solo

 

We didn't even have a single this year lol

 

Yeah, I wasn't really expecting to get in except that they started the weird get back into Kohaku campaign in the 7th anniversary so I suspected they had something lined up for it. Oh well, guess not.
