I've found a blog with transcription of most NMB girls' catchphrases (not only the ones we've already seen in clips) ♥ so since they're all so cute/funny and really really good (as expected from Kansai girls), here they are, in Japanese alphabetical order~ All of them say their name, age, and prefecture of birth after their catchphrase, and the words in brackets are the audience/other members' replies that are part of the catchphrase. Ota Riona "Nanbei (Nanbei) Burajiru (Burajiru) yooshi Riona no kaanibaru no hajimari da!" (South America (South America) Brazil (Brazil) here we go, Riona's carnival is starting!) Ogasawara Mayu "Nanba hatsu Ogasawara tokkyuu, minasan wo yume no sekai e otsureshimaachun" (The Ogasawara express is leaving from Nanba, Maachun will take you to a dream world) Kadowaki Kanako "Gekiama sumairu to amakara dansu ga gyuutto tsumatta Kanakichi... wo meshiagare" (Kanakichi, tightly packed with a super sweet smile and a sweet-sour dance... please enjoy) Kishino Rika "Suki na kamoku wa, taiiku, ongaku, suugaku, shakai, yappari Rika~" (What's your favourite subject? PE, music, maths, social studies... no, it must be science/Rika / the Japanese word for "science" as a subject is "rika", written with different kanji) Kinoshita Haruna "Otona janai de kodomo ya de, otona ni mieru? Chau chau kodomo ya nen, datte mada randoseru seotten nen!" (I'm not an adult, I'm a child, do I look like an adult? No no I'm a child, you see, I still carry my backpack! / This is Osaka dialect XD the standard Japanese would be "Otona janai kara kodomo dakara, otona ni mieru? Chigau, kodomo da yo, datte mada randoseru seotteru yo!" Randoseru is this kind of backpack used by elementary school students) Kondo Rina "Bacchiiriina ganbaariina ima kara yattaariina Riichan te yonde kudasai" (Properly Rina, work hard Rina, from now on you've made it Rina, please call me Riichan / it sounds like she's a brat in my translation, but she's actually encouraging herself to give her all) Jonishi Kei "Anata wa nani-kei ga suki desuka? Kotteri-kei? Assari-kei? N700-kei? Soretomo, Jonishi Kei?" (What kind of style do you like? A strong style? A bland style? The N-700 kei? Yamada Nana "Jiken da yo! Nananana, nananana, Na~na! Minna no haato wo taiho shichau zo" (It's a criminal case! Nananana, nananana, Na~na! I'll arrest your hearts / When the whole members go "Nananana", they're doing it to this tune. It's the theme of a long running detective series.) Yamamoto Sayaka "Sayaka, sasayaka, sawayaka, Sayaka! Sasatto, yasashisa, azayaka, Sayaka!" (Sayaka, modest, refreshing, Sayaka! Quick, kindness, shiny, Sayaka!) Yoshida Akari "Akari wo tsukemasho minna no haato ni (yay yay) Minna no haato no a-ka-ri" (Let's switch on the light in everyone's heart (yay yay) I'm the light in your hearts, Akari! / 'Akari' means 'light') Watanabe Miyuki "Miruku to Miyuki wo mazeru dake, atto iu ma ni, Mirukii!" I love how these three just seemed to be packaged together like they want to save me the trouble of looking for their names. Ganbatte, Riichan! Keicchi's catchphrase is very clever. And the answer is kawaii but I'm definitely a fan of Jonishi. Mirurun's makes me think of Perfume's Nee.. now the song is stuck in my head (again). At the very least I wish there was an Osakan Memolist so I could read about their MCs XD I'm missing quite a lot... Aapon, Renapyon, Momoka, Riho, Arisa, Kanna, Mizuki, Ayame and Natsumi ._. I'm confident all of them have been onstage at least once, either after the shuffle or as subs, but google didn't help me ._.

The pics captions said that after the first batch of songs, just as Milky was doing her introduction, a buzzing noise (like the ones when you lose at a quiz show) started sounding and red lights started flashing. The theatre manager (a bald Osakan version of Toga XD) came in and said there was an announcement, and that they're doing a second round of auditions for NMB kks. The girls looked happy, the manager gave a sheet to Sayaka and left; Sayaka read the details aloud. Auditions will proceed like this Mar 1~31 Applicants send in CVs First half of April, first selection based on CVs Latter half of April, second selection based on interviews Start of May, third selection based on singing and dancing Half May, final audition June, lessons start for the girls who pass through It doesn't say anything about how many girls or when they'll be able to start performing.
Oh god there better be news coverage, I need to see this. Also Iiiiii forgot that audition processes take a while >____<; It seems a lot more reasonable when I think about 2nd gen being finalized in summer XD; I'M MORE OKAY WITH THIS NOW. They most definitely will. It's a part of ~48, and the ~48 system's number one rule is "troll the fans as much as possible". I want them to go on as a 25 people rotating team though ç_ç. I love all the girls so much, there isn't one I could stand being excluded from team N ç__ç. /idealist
