Agree, I think they ask random ppl. So I assume it's more about public recognition and familiarity. Still, Sayunyan above Ashu and Kaz look odd for me.

 

Doesn't say anything about how many people they asked so I'd give it the benefit of doubt.

Barely anyone in the public knows she exists, though her fans are all crazy and a whole lot of them still students, therefore often around Shibuya etc where these usually take place, so I guess that helps.
