Note that it's only letters, you can't still send gifts to them. Writing it here for those who don't speak Japanese (since everyone in this thread assumes everyone does :fp: Although it's better this way, we don't want another misunderstanding and pages of Miichan flaming :awesome:). You can print the envelope copy/pasting the address from the site, or you can write it in English if you don't know Japanese, or if you don't dare write it in hiragana at least. The important thing is the zip code (730-0042), once they read STU48 they'll probably assume it's a fan letter.

    〒730-0042
Hiroshima Chuo Post Office, Shishobako Dai 4 Gou
"STU48 Fan Letter Clerk - To XXX YYY"

Yes, you can translate everything into English if you want, as long as the postal code is fine, it'll reach the post office.

For a debut song, that's really amazing. It's got enough musical quality to make sure people look their way, but it's neither too flashy to make them look like 'look at me!!!' or too difficult that they fudge it in lives. Amazing quality video, stunning scenery (we DO have some of the best in Japan and I hope they capitalise on this - yes they have their fingers in the tourism pie but people will get bored if they don't play it right) and all the girls (while not getting equal screen time) got good clear shots.

I won't say it's particularly memorable or would get a lot of chart playing, but for locals, I can see this being thought of with affection and a good karaoke song for some of the oldies and more patriotic people here. Go to Tokyo and you can meet people from all around the country. Go to places like Shikoku and you'll find people who have never left.

In all honesty, I was kinda hoping for the group to flop so I could go 'yeah, I don't need to support them' (what is time and money??) but this was really good! I think I'm gonna choose Momona as my oshi, purely since her hometown is so close to where I live. Maybe I'll bump into her one day haha!

I don't see why people would want MVs to be restricted, I guess there are some people in Japan who don't want foreigners to be seeing 48g related things on youtube? I'll never understand why though

I thought the comment was more along the lines of "why is only STU's channel also accessible from overseas?" (since the others are blocked in the US, right?)

STS who translated it missed the "dake" in the original japanese comment.

Its a complain asking "why STU channel is open for foreign country?" meaning this person wants the other 48 channels unblocked too.

I suggest you refrain from doing crude translation for awhile @STS. :^^;:
