She won the first place in "Kobe collection model audition"
So she is actually a model before joing AKB

She is one of the 13th Gen KKS who I have definitely noticed the most, probably as her look is very different to a pretty much all the other girls.

I think she looked good performing at the Kohaku event, seemed to keep up with the dancing, and seemed to execute the dance better than the other girls she was performing with imo.

Also at the Kohaku event, I noticed she has really long thin arms...

Just two days, her mixi grew up +620 to around 1.5k, a thing many girls cannot achieve after spending time in AKB for 3-4 years.

She carries herself so maturely...and she only 17! Dang!

I wonder why she want to join AKB48 [think] . Compared to the other members, she already have a good start in entertainment world by successfully being a model. I'm sure if she continue down that path she will eventually grab all the chances to be a singer and/or actress. Anyone got vid/link to her performance with AKB48?

According to people who discovered a twitter account which has since been deleted, Kaoru joined because she (he says she is a model, short-haired 18 year old girl) got a recommendation from a president of a company, technically his girlfriend, and got a 3-year contract after passing the audition.
