    I hope everyone who uses this website can understand the difference between a well-proportioned girl being photographed in skimpy outfits (gravure) and that same girl having sexual intercourse on film (porn). The two things have very very very little in common. Just saying.

    Maybe it's just my imagination, but one thing that many of the grads have in common is that they seem to travel a great deal. You see so many photos and videos of them all over Japan, all round Asia and, for that matter, all over the world. Maybe, somehow, they manage they manage to save much of their AKB salaries or, perhaps, they come from wealthy families.

    t.b.h. I'm pretty convinced 95% of the AKB members do not come from wealthy families

    and apart from the senbatsu or otherwise visible members I don't think many get really rich from being in AKB either

    Haruu had enough money to spend the year after her graduation on a world tour of major tennis tournaments (Wimbledon, French Open, US Open) as well as spending time in Spain. She was actually in London for the year studying English when not traveling. I assume the money was either hers or her parents.

    I remember when Hirari posted a video of a trip to Monaco she was staying in a hotel where the cheapest rooms were several hundred Euros a night.
