    The large pizza is 18" in diameter (in the US). Note that she measured the box as three phone lengths, which make 18" if her phone is 6" long. The area of a circle (pi x r squared) with a diameter of 18 is pi x 9 squared or 254.469 square inches. If there are 12 slices in a pizza, each slice is 21.2 square inches or almost 137 square cm.
