Yaay, let the Wasamin worship begin!

I just love this girl. She's a total maniac on stage-- such a crowd-pleaser, always giving someone a stare-down when she's performing, and a such an energetic dancer.

I wonder what kind of unit she'll be in when the teams are regrouped and she joins Team A in October...

I don't mean to double-post, but this bit of Wasamin lulz needed to be shared.



I would've made a gif of this moment, but I can't seem to find a decent Mac-compatible avi-gif program. Boo. Anyway, if you have the Kami Kouen DVD (Mikipomu/Uriya/Mai/Kaorin graduation DVD)-- check out the Making of at ~27:25. Mai and Wasamin are watching the awesome Nagisa no CHERRY performance, when... WASAMIN REALIZES SHE'S BEEN SPOTTED.

THIS CLEARLY WILL NOT DO.

The minute the lights get brighter, Wasamin dodges in front of Mai to escape the camera, all in incredibly awkward Wasamin fashion. The sheer expression on her face made me laugh for a good full minute.

Oh, Wasamin. Total legend.

For anyone who can't DL it... Wasamin does a pumpkin dance.

If you're not entirely sure what a pumpkin dance is, welcome to the club.

For the MC, the girls were talking about autumn, and, well... Wasamin decided to... dance around with her hands open as if she were holding a huge pumpkin [I'm ASSUMING, anyway], while chanting, "PUMPKIN... PUMPKIN... PUMPKIN ... ... !"

Team K's response:

On the bright side, Wasamin's MC confidence has totally SPIKED recently. She usually comes off as a bit nervous in MCs, but this time around-- not at ALL. She was a little embarrassed when she got blank stares from the rest of Team K when she did her dance, but they soon made fun of her out loud and she got over it.

WASAMIN NEEDS MORE LOVE, YA'LL.

This girl is freaking AMAZING live. At the NY concert, she was SO into the dances, and was always staring straight out at the crowd, singing to someone all the time. I'm pretty sure she saw my Wasamin sign, too. (And heard me screeching Wasamin whenever I could. )

Wasamin highly impressed me this weekend, too! She gave me a lot of nice reactions at the concert as well. She's such a sweetheart.

Two months of no Wasamin discussion must be remedied!

Yaaay, it makes me happy to see Wasamin in this part of the forum now.
But what I really can't wait for is for the new teams to start performing!
I want to see WASAMIN Team A DOMINANCE in action already!

^ Wasamin dominance aside, Team A's actually the reshuffled team I'm looking forward to the most, so I'm totally with you there.

Hmm, thinking about it, Natsumi and Wasamin together in a unit would be pretty damn awesome from my standpoint (since I like them both), but I wonder how well their styles would work together...

Wasamin is awesome [rock] She have a nice and powerful voice. When she sang Miho's lines in Switch and 109 : brilliant .

^ Agreed! The 1/05 show = a must-see for every Wasamin fan! There's so much Wasamin goodness in it. I've been dying to see her in Renai kinshi jourei, too, and she was so awesome in it! Her voice puts a whole new spin on the song.
