Yesterday i watched NGT48 no Niigata Friend and she caught my eyes.

Can you tell me in which episodes she also appears?

You might want to check out these episodes: 4, 7-8, 34-35, 51-52, 61-62. The episodes that I reported in a pair were aired in a two-part format of course.

Pretty useful, but I just found out that the Japanese wiki page (here) has even a list of which members are featured in which episodes, in case anyone needs additional info.
