The miracle really happened! I was worried when she wasn't called early on but it's great that she managed to rank so high. Hopefully her popularity will continue to grow, she really tries hard.

In her Showroom she showed her seifuku collection photobooks, made by fan (or so i think)

i almost thought it was professional level. Very impressive.

With this Sousenkyo, i hope Yuriya get noticed a lot more, and she will get recognition by management with a senbatsu Spot. With Anai captain gone, she get one more shot.

 

As much as I'd love to see Yuriya in senbatsu, I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't get it. Her position is strikingly similar to Okapan last year (she was 42, Yuriya is 48) and both have similar paths where they're not considered girls who were pushed by management, but through 100% fan support. They're also on the quiet side, but they have amazing presence on stage. There's also so many girls ranked this year, there's going to be really tough choices made. Yet, I really hope to see Yuriya chosen.

I believe this happened on the second day of the HKT48 summer tour, "HKT48 2016 Summer Hall Tour ~Will HKT break away from the AKB48 Group? Referendum Concerts~" (7/12/2016)

 

I've been waiting for her post with her full thoughts, and today it turned out to be a huge mail with thoughts on just about everything that happened last month.

Thx for the translation , its nice she now found her momentum , and i believe it'll not shortlived, because momentum like yuriya which she get from self promotion will last longer coz the good foundation

 

She has momentum overseas too! It's quite rare for non-top members to receive fan books from overseas, but Yuriya just got one from Korea.

I thought it'll just a random scrapbook, but no, they really make some effort making that book , so its possible maybe yuriya got fan club in korean, it nice if it true
