i would love to translate this, but sadly i dont have the time anymore ;;; (nor do i think my translating skill is good enough....yet.)
the title is (roughly) "An After Graduation Idol's Dreams are Full! Ishida Haruka is Aiming "A Little Ahead of the Future" To the Younger Children... 年下の子たちに憧れられるような存在になりたい！" (that last part was giving me some trouble with translating, so i gave up. sorry OTL)

harukyan talks about what she's doing since graduation, and all kinds of other stuff - she talks about her makeup during AKB time and her makeup now. and how she thought about dyeing her hair. im alive
