Wow! I didn't know Shimada looks like this after graduation. She should have done this while in AKB48, She looks as good or better than Renacchi, Sakura, Paruru etc..

Anybody have any idea what her plans are? I'm always interested in what the graduated members who leave show business do with themselves, what careers they select and how they choose to make a living. Most of them just seem to drop off the face of the earth. And we never know.

She just posted an instastory from Wimbledon, but no pictures on Instagram orTwitter. Given that she was at the French Open and now Wimbledon, we can hope that she will come to the US Open at the end of August (not that I live in NY).

It makes me wonder about how much members were paid. She was not a star (never ranked) but has enough saved to travel the world going to tennis matches. Or maybe her family inn makes good money and her parents are supporting her, but I doubt that at her age.

everyone says they get paid poorly (so it must be true). I think it's more because they can save up, they doesn't have much expenses throughout the years as member

I hope she will post pictures of herself when she's back in Japan
