Considering she was already 20 and most people don't really grow anymore when they've hit adulthood, I'm not very surprised However, I find it amazing how she managed to maintain her figure so well. She's really pretty

 

^ That's what I meant -- IME i.e. military, it takes a lot more work to maintain your body, male or female, at 25+ vs. 18-21.

At age 18 I could do 80 pushups in 2 mins, 90 situps in 2 mins, and run 2 mi (3.2 km) in 0:11:32, all within 1.5 hrs.
At age 24 I could do 99 pushups, 100 situps, and run 2 mi in 0:12:20 -- but that was with easily double the workout effort vs. 6 yrs prior.
Past 24? Steeply downhill. Though it didn't help that I loved junk food, tequila, and staying up all weekend

Kitarie very obviously watches both her diet and exercise pretty seriously, as diet esp counts for gaining non-muscle kilos past ~22-30 than any other factor. Sasshi just has a slight genetic butt advantage.

 

Welp, that sounds bad for me. I'm very far from a fit person and I try to keep telling myself one day I'll pick up a sport and actually enjoy it, but that sounds like that's not gonna be the case xD
