The publisher shinchosha has printed 20,000 additional copies of the photobook due to the high sales. Initially They printed 120,000 copies.
The photobook has surpassed the 140,000 printed copies.

First week sales

Good number. Just about equal to Neru's first week sales of 97,660.

 

Now is this cute or what? Maiyan-Kyoko is quickly becoming my fave intergroup pairing. Kyoko’s the cutest fangirl ever, and this is like the third time she’s approached her senpai for some luv we love a successful fangirl (‘:

 

Oricon says Tachikogi had the sixth-best first week of any female photobook ever. The article doesn't name the other five. Maiyan and Neru, for sure.

I bought the PB recently - really loved it! The overall feel kind of reminded me a bit of the Nogizaka46 group photobook from a couple of years ago (I think it's called "1 Jikan Okure no I love you").

 

I FINALLY got my PB today - went a little nuts when I saw in my mailbox today. I looooove it, the girls look so bright and lovely. It really did a great job of capturing the Hinata's image and color - fresh, cute, youthful, happy, and super ready to take on the idol world.

My favorites were Manamo beach shots (girl has such a vibe), Kage in uniform (let this be a sign of her return ), and of course, all shots of my oshimen Hiyo-tan (she didn't have very many, sadly). Lots of beautiful group shots as well.

PB sales are also doing great, I think they had a reprint earlier this month. Another sign that this year has truly been Hinata's year

Apparently they've added a 20K print run to the original 120K printing, making the decision when first-week sales "far exceeded expectations." That now makes the total in print 140K.
